You just helped save me from having my car towed to our local mechanic. When I turned the ignition key on my 2005 E320 4Matic Sedan it would just keep cranking over & over but wouldn't start the engine from not receiving any fuel from the pump. After watching your video, I checked the fuel pump fuse first and that was the problem! As soon as I put a new 20 amp fuse in slot #4 my car started right up again. Thank you guys so much for this video! 🙂

I towed mines to the shop, they changed the fused it started. I drove a and stop and it wouldn’t start back. They changed the fuel pump then got same problem. I watched video changed the relay and its fine now. Thank you bro

Thanks a lot for this video!! I was about to get my car towed to the dealership because I had no idea why it just died on me while driving. I checked the fuse and relay and it turned out to be a bad relay.
Jose Cerna how did you come to that conclusion bad relay? My fuse keeps blowing out.

Hi guys on my w211 e270 cdi. When the engine is cold the acceleration doesnt exceed 2500 rpm. But when the engine is hot around 80deg. I turn it off and start it again its back to normal. I diagnose it and its the rail pressure sensor 0190 02 fault code

Any further advice if I still hear the fuel pump going. Your diagnosis looked very similar to mine. While I was driving the car just shut off on me, managed to pull in and after trying to start it again the engine just continued cranking and never started. checked the fuse and it was fine as I could hear the pump running and after removing the fuse and relay I couldn't hear it anymore (obviously cause there were no fuses). any next steps would be very much appreciated, thank you. (driving a 2008 e320 bluetec)

You can, of course, check the relay before buying a new one, to be sure it has failed.

Im having a problem with my 2005 Mercedes E500 where sometimes the fuel gauge doesnt read accurately.. there is times where it does and then it fails and gets stuck on half full... this happened yesterday causing me to run out of gas. When i filled my tank up it is reading full now, but now i feel it is just stuck on full... what is my problem? Floater? If so how can i change just my floater in my mercedes?
