All items will be offered at a starting price. Items can be claimed at the price, but if others want the item bidding will then start. Bidding will start at $1 increments until an item reaches $50, at that point bidding will move to $5 increments. If you want to start the bidding at more than the starting bid amount (this refers mostly to the Saturday auctions that start at $2), then you will be held to that bid, even if no one bids against you.
