HI LYNN! AGAIN, FOUR LOVELY DESIGNS! I LOVE when the beautiful DSP gets showcased on a card! And w/SU PRODUCTS they can be “changed so easily” by “flipping the pieces” to show off BOTH SIDES! YAY! This HAND PENNED SUITE is so pretty w/the beautiful DSP, Stamps n’ Dies! I so appreciate your incorporating so much of it in your designs today! THE RECTANGLE DIES ARE AWESOME n’ “framing” is a favorite technique in layouts for me, too! :-))). I LOVE your LONG-TAILED BOWS, Lynn, and now often do them on my cards, too! :-)). TFS, Lynn, n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’! Sending SMILES from Madison, WI! :-)))). Tho’ I like the Pale Papaya ( I DO LOVE THAT COLOR), I think I’m liking the bolder contrast w/the Garden Green base a bit more! BOTH are very pretty! So, do you have any “paper tearing designs” in the offing??!! I know that is one of your signature techniques along w/those long-tailed double bows!! (Teasin’ a tad! Haha!) Have a GREAT DAY n’ thank you again! :-))))
Thanks so much Judith! The rectangle dies have soooo many uses! But creating frames is one of my favorite ways to use them. And I love to show off the beauty of the patterned papers! No paper tearing today, haha! But, yes I did use my signatures long tail bows! :) Have a great weekend!
Hi Lynn, all these cards are absolutely gorgeous. I adore your You Tube tutorials and your free PDFs. And I think these cards can be made with lots and lots and lots of different DSPs. With the weather forecast announcing rain and storm and thunder (no snow!!) for the weekend, I'm sure I'm going to try your ideas. A BIG THANK YOU from Germany Evelyn
Thanks so much Evelyn! I appreciate your sweet comments :) These designs can be used with a variety of different products. So many possibilities! If it's going to be stormy by you, then it's the perfect time to get creative! Have fun!
Just discovered you and so GLAD that I did!! Your teaching style is excellent and your cards are amazing. Thanks so much for this wonderful video. I have those frame dies on order and now can't wait for them to arrive!
Hi Lynn, I have watched this video over and over. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these simple yet elegant cards. I have cased them so many time because they make beautiful Happy Anniversary Cards! I am so glad you shared your easy techniques with all of us. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!!!
Thanks Lynn....really enjoy your video’s as you explain everything but do so in a timely fashion. This is a great layout and can be used with so many different suites and bundles and for so many occasions-it would make for some super simple Christmas cards 😉 I like the first two cards best because I like a lighter green (so Mint Macaron) but would love to see this done in the soft succulent color since I think that is a beautiful shade. Blessings
All of your cards are beautiful! I love this technique. Thanks for sharing and for the great PDF. It’s very hard to pick a favorite, but I really like the new Pale Papaya color.
Great way to use these gorgeous papers...and no favourites here...I think all the cards are all so lovely...love the video...thanks for sharing...cheers :)
Yes, I bet you can use the color and contour dies. They do nest together, just choose two of them that are a little farther apart so that you have a "space" in between them to create the frame. I hope that makes sense.:)
Lynn, You are so creatively talented. I love, love, love these cards and the Hand Penned Suite! So pretty! Pale Papaya is my favorite as this may be my favorite in color. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks so much! The Hand Penned Suite is one of my favorites. I have a lot more fun ideas to share with this suite too! I am drawn to those soft, pretty colors.
I so appreciate how you show the finished projects first before you demo the technique and while the demo continues! Some people only show them at the end :( Thanks for sharing your impressive paper craft talents with us!
I like the pale papaya the best!
