You seem to be the friend I always wanted to meet but never did. A person seeking other opinions and listening. I have met many people being a journeyman tech. You are an exceptional person.
Thank you sooooo much! I love the feedback. I need it to figure out what to show and not show. It’s always hard to determine what to film because it blows when you put in insane hours to make a video on a build and then no one watches lol 😂 small channel problems I guess 😝 you’re the best and I appreciate your support big time 👊
Yes sir Donnie! I would love to see the whole build video and all of its components! I always enjoy watching your other videos as well. Your "over sized" designs are awesome. Looking forward to more. Be safe, Be well. Peace.
Thank you 🙏🏻 Brent, i really appreciate your support man big time. I’m trying to grow my channel and it’s so difficult to determine what anyone wants to see. I’m always playing with different videos but I haven’t found my voice sort of speak for my YT channel. I’ll definitely share the rest of the video for sure.
Love your videos and enjoy your stories. Honestly I’m not a ‘shorts’ fan and don’t watch any, but this is more my style. I’d love to see the whole project or any skills applied to woodworking that will increase my skills as well.
Great first build in the garage shop bro! I just started my own youtube channel. Also, I went fulltime wiodwirking six weeks ago. Lots of ups and downs!
Awesome design as usual.Definitely want to see that build video. I come to UA-cam for design inspiration and how to and you are awesome at both. I will say thought that cutting like that on a bandsaw isn't really risky at all. Because of the speed of the saw and the fact that the blade is moving directly down into the table top the risk is low. I understand you have to cater your comments to the crazies who might go out and purchase a bandsaw and try this with no experience on the machine lol.
You’re right. Videos are great, but not like being there seeing it live. You don’t strike me as the type of person that would run a finger through a planer and think, oh well, I have 9 more. Ran a bit of my finger tip through a table saw 40 years ago. Just a couple layers of skin, but it definitely got my attention. I think the main thing, or at least one of the top things with a bandsaw is keeping solid contact with the table. Bandsaws don’t like curved edges on the front or back of the piece. That’s when the blade can grab it and force it down when starting and finishing the cut. With the pieces you were showing, as long as both “legs” are on the table the whole time, it shouldn’t be able to grab it.
Thank you bro and yes you’re so right about all of that. I’ve tried I’m the past to fasten this design to a sheet of ply for a larger flat surface and it does help dramatically with holding it down for sure. 🙌
Who wouldn't want to see this whole marvel of a build? Amazing to watch, thanks!
Thank you brother 👊 I’m still building this bench and filming and I’ll definitely be making a part two 🙌

This might be the BEST comment EVER! Thank you for the kind word brother 👊 you ROCK!
Pretty beautiful work, Donnie! 😃
Of course I want to see the rest! Absolutely!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

@@DesignsbyDonnie Oh, I definitely understand! My channel has only 11k subscribers. 😬
Yes please! show the entire bench build. I enjoy your storytelling, and I learn something new with each of your videos.
Thank you Sarah. I’m working on the filming of it now… so hopefully it will be complete soon. And thank you for the kind words.
I would enjoy watching your build of the bench.
New to wood working and so in love with it. Just bought myself a Laguna 14xb 😍
Would love to see the rest of the video. Looks promising
