What a joke. "Walkable"?? I don't see a pedestrian anywhere in this clip. I see a lot of cars!! What a sham. I've been there - walkable compared to WHAT?

All downtown neighborhoods, sidewalks everywhere, entertainment , dining , shopping are all steps away. You may live in a more urban area somewhere else in the world, but compared to the other 90% of Broward county, these neighborhoods are extremely walkable.
