They need to do something with it, I think bars at south shore have not a hope in hell, now as the majority of tourists in South shore are now Asians who don't drink... It's a question of supply and demand for sure!

Years ago people came to blackpool as it was good value to go there things were cheap and people spent when they were there bwcause things are overpriced now there is no value so families go else where that along with the weather only gonna keep getting worse blackpool season is illuminations when it gets busier these days when every other seaside town is sleeping 😴
I think Blackpool is now becoming more of a Day visit resort so bad/cold weather on the morning when people are deciding where to go obviously affects where they decide to go. The stupid prices mandy charges for BPB don't do attendance there any good either
I 100% agree it's becoming a day trip town, thanks to the pleasure Beach, merlin and Blackpool Council who close all the major attractions early evenings leaving little for people to do, I'm so happy I got to live through the real blackpool in the 70s 80s big business has ruined it and all that's left is history, it will never ever be the same for sure.
@@itsnotyerboyleroy69 i know it does help you but you can understand why the hotels are putting on evening entertainment for there guests. I agree the 60s 70s and 80s were the hay days, i dont think merlin will ever open until late, i know the PB has had issues with those living round the park and noise which i beleve limits the amount of late openings they can do. But i think there numbers have been down this season, the fact theres no cheap option for those who dont want to ride is a big issue there. You and the family are giving a good family offering and deserve to continue to do well.

I don't want a fancy car, a castle or millionaire status I much rather prefer to remain a grafter putting 100% into a small profit business in a rented premises putting a spoke in the wheels of the big corporations, all I want in return is a healthy family and of course my annual holiday to recharge my batteries and plan my next season. I love my hometown and I am proud to be part of the ever decreasing list of small businesses being squeezed out by massive corporations.... Thank you for recognising my efforts to give people value for money no matter what.... Cheers

As every year Blackpool is getting worse 😮 I remember taking my kids to the King Kong Burger in 2003 next to happy days arcade and Blackpool was packed , it was clean , happy and buzzing with atmosphere, Now its a dump, empty , the back streets look like something from a apocalypse The only excitement about Blackpool on UA-cam is about a £1 burger bar 😮 The backstreets are horrific, no more markets, no more shops , the shops lie empty, the town center is full of junkies and homeless, the bed and breakfast are now UA-cam horror hotels for £20 Blackpool was once a holiday heaven now its a overpriced holiday hell where nobody wants to go . A town forgotten by the council A junkies paradise A lazy dirty seaside hell hole So sad and desperate Blackpool will become the next Morecombe soon if it doesn't get its act together Blackpool is a seaside town i love its more than than dirty backstreets, more than the £1 burger Its The Beatles, Ken Dodd, Jimi Hendrix, the Pleasure beach, The golden sands , the Once beautiful prom , the markets , the entertainment, the deck chairs , the clean busy backstreet, the no vacancies Hotels and guest houses Lets hope one day Blackpool gets its Mojo back 😢
