If you are going through a tough time, this episode will help you shift your mindset and trust that, as cliche, as it sounds, everything happens for a reason.

Met him in Dallas a week ago. Didn’t know about his struggles before watching this video today. When I expressed gratitude for his show Chuck and how it helped me understand that even though I was raised by a perfectionist to be a perfectionist, which led to over 100 scars over my entire body(several nicked veins and at least one tendon), that it was ok to not be perfect, and I could just be me, he gave me a short motivational speech. He is the nicest human being I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with, that wasn’t blood related to me that is. I wish him well and will always be grateful. It’s nice to stop hating yourself(still working on that, but it’s nice to hate myself less than I did yesterday)

I am at a loss for words. I don’t even know where to start. Every word Zach speaks resonates with my life story. It’s like listening to a male version of me. If I were in his company, we could, no doubt, talk for DAYS. Guinness Book of World Records wouldn’t hold a candle to the conversation I would eagerly LOVE to have with this wise old soul. My head is saying so many thoughts right now that I can’t even begin to sort out their relevance. I have always wished to find just one person who could understand me, feel what I feel. I too, am a very deep thinker and feeler, to the point it’s too heavy for most to comprehend, if you could believe that. I also dislike Social Media for the most part but it did help me discover Zachary and this platform and for that I am truly grateful!❤️🥰❤️🙂

Thank you for having him on. This is really helpful, knowing that someone this important also grew from parental abuse. Also, I appreciated knowing that it is okay to stumble around in search of finding the value in ourselves.

Wow. I’ve been struggling with my own journey lately and I’m glad that I sat and watched this whole interview because it really just reminded me and put things into perspective that what I’m going through is normal.. even though it’s so hard to see it sometimes on down days, but just knowing that there IS a solution for what I’m facing gives me so much hope. My journey is my own and God is showing me to embrace and TRUST that and to let go of wanting control over what he will have control over. God is good and will always make a way. Bless✨❤️

I do the exact same thing he was talking about where I get emotional from feeling so grateful for my life. Even simple things like being able to have a delicious meal or tickle fights with my daughter. I always find myself emotional and grateful to be born in a time with all these amazing books, video games, and media that have changed me and inspired me as a person. Im very happy to grow up with some amazing characters as role models. Im the nerdy type who gets very emotional over fictional characters 😂 but yes, I find myself stopping at times, when happiness is just bubbling over in my chest, and thanking God for that moment and for my life❤

Absolutely inspiring! Sometimes thoughts and emotions we experience feel so clear while being confusing at the same time. Observing, Zachary in this instance, putting into words and sharing experiences truly helps counsel a mediation of our thoughts & emotions. In addition to the entire experience of this discussion; his sharing of emotions & pain when observing the world around him (the shedding of tears for others) clarified so much. Simply - awesome!

I loved that interview! It's like all the things that I have wanted to say to as many people as possible were said by these two incredible men! I have reached the same realizations through my experience and the knowledge I have gained over the years. And it's a wonderful experience to be able to feel as part of the same flock of birds flying in the same direction. The sense of belonging, mutuality, like-mindedness and friendship of souls was and is amazing. Thank you, Jay and Zach!

This guy is such an inspiration. I was truly speechless in many parts of this podcast. It resonated with me more than a lot of things I've ever listened to. Furthermore, I've listened to a ton of self help but Jay consistently teaches me more every listen. I'm so grateful. Thank you

After having viewed this session three times (once in the background, then watching and taking notes and then a final time just listening), I have three words. This saved me. Experiencing the current world situation has brought me to a place where I never thought I would be. I wouldn’t say it’s a deep dark place, but it’s a place that has made me more self-aware and observant to my true inner feelings. The thought provoking and overwhelming amount of candor and transparency expressed in this session brought gratitude into my heart. I’m definitely one not to show my heart on my sleeve right from the start. It takes large amounts of built up frustrations and trust for any one person to see it. This allowed me to see the inner me. It’s no coincidence that this presented itself to me when it did. As the month of May is Mental Health Awareness month, this was perfectly timed to come into my life. Now a year later, I would be interested in seeing and hearing a follow-up with this discussion especially during the current global event. I wonder if Mr. Levi would consider starting a foundation to bring more awareness to this topic or continue this journey with a podcast of his own.
I was brought to tears of hope and appreciation when I heard the below learning’s from this session.
“To learn, to grow to thrive, to choose to educate, enlighten and enliven yourself”
“Be a conduit of love, of life, of light”
    “Find value, find purpose”
“Self-awareness is the heart of self love; to know yourself, to love yourself; knowledge makes love deeper”
“Be brave enough, vulnerable enough with your journey and our testimony”
“Right here, right now, be present”
There is purpose for me in this world”
These simple words of wisdom have now brought new meaning to my life. For that I will forever be eternally grateful.

There is a huge difference between being emotional and having emotional intelligence. 1. Being Emotional....... meditation, Yoga, mindfulness and journaling all require you to understand your emotions but if you emotional intelligence using meditation, Yoga, mindfulness and journaling can help you understand your emotions very deep leading you to self-Actualization. Thank you Jay
