A lot of things can be said about Flashy Flash's low durability, but it's wild to think about how he can move so fast without energy manipulation. He must be using raw physical power since he can't fly, and being able to handle that much speed is a durability feat. Additionally, only two people survived Serious Punch, while Boros eventually died over time.
I think boros can survive that if he didn't use the collapsing star roaring canon first because as he said that the collapsing star roaring canon use all of his energy and boros can regenerate by concentrating his energy then he can reform the missing arm and leg is probably caused by the serious punch why he shriveled up is probably because of the energy spent.

As for honorable mentions, Vaccine Man. Though he was the first monster we saw, he was also a dragon level threat and could do everything that Homeless Emperor could and more.

Yeah this needs to be higher up. Universe is EVERYTHING you can travel to in a "normal" way (i.e. just getting in a spaceship and flying off in every direction). So everything we can see is the same universe. Wiping out everything you can see from earth in a circle like was shown would be destroying stars and potentially galaxies but a universe would have to be everything gone (including earth).
I personally think that Blast didn't get injured from the fight against Elder Centepede but because of God interaction with Blast... 🤔

He was trading blows with his former partner, Empty Void, who was part of the alliance to defeat god,got possessed. Fought with blast, which is how elder centipede got away, lost and went to the ninja village to recover for 20 years.

If only Saitama didn't directly say that he wasn't sure if anything he met before Orochi even was a monster and that he held back his punches. Rover was just a really big dog to him that attacked for no reason so he had to put a stop to it without hurting the animal.
What ppl don’t really talk about is that Fuher ugly is one of the more darker anime villains in anime history . Like if we really look at it , the stuff he was doing was quite disturbing even for a monster . Up until that point of OPM We never seen an actual monster commit such violent acts & that’s probably what made him a cadre besides his strength. He was literally too ruthless & unhinged. I personally wanna know how there even gonna animate him cause how ppl act nowadays I know he’s gonna be banned on a couple watch stations due too straight gore 😭

I would put Vaccine Man above Homeless Emperor considering they have basically the same powers except for the fact that Vaccine Man destroys a city by himself, takes down almost 40 A and B class heroes and isn’t just a normal human without the light orbs. Also for those who don’t know, Vaccine Man was the Piccolo lookin dude that Saitama eviscerates episode 1.

I absolutely love opm, and the webcomic being finished really made me upset as I could learn the plot ahead of time and then see the cool fight scenes in the fully drawn manga,
I'm pretty sure the webcomic is not done but just slowly getting updates because the Manga is also something ONE is working on.

@@The_WIll_OF_D99 ONE is currently writing the story for 2 manga. One Punch Man and Versus (his new manga). He is also involved in the making of One Punch Man season 3. I don't think he has much free time to write & draw the web comic when he's going to change things up in the future anyway.
They haven’t reiterated on what Flashy Flash was about to get into at all huh? Just need a good reason to reintroduce Sonic back into the story, as it’s pretty insane he missed out on all this entire monster association arc.
If we go by what happened in the recent chapters Boros's Kick to the Moon might've been more insane than we thought,

Tatsumaki tried to send Saitama to the Space but couldn't move him too much, but Boros blasted Saitama to the Moon.
But the weird thing is Saitama’s body weirdly reacts to powers acting directly on him as opposed to force
Tatsumaki had no issues picking him up and dragging him across the city, but when she tried to lift him directly with her psychic power she was struggling to get him off the ground.
Same with Garou, he could fling Saitama all over the place but couldn’t forcefully teleport him

Saitama feels heavy to Tatsumaki because she feels his willpower, not his actual physical weight.

I think the reason why, saitama knows how to control his powers. Saitama can access to any power level the other opponents has, For example, he didn’t even flinch when Boros punched him, didn’t even say ‘ ow’ that hurts or gosh stings, am I right? like he’s gets up and say I’m going to be late for the flea market , So In other words I don’t think saitama doesn’t need to use his unlimited infinite power on anyone in particular. What I think, saitiam is like a punching bag to everyone and thing. He’s like , meant to piss off everyone and even power Level scales.

Despite what everyone says, i still have to wonder if Saitama "getting stronger" is more of a rating of how "how hard he is actually trying". Its more like he starts to care more LOL. I would prefer that at least.
there are a few threats that are difficult to classify because they only fought saitama, the most notable being Gouketsu, whom I suspect wouldve ranked just below Sage Centipede.
I also have to wonder how strong Boros "truly was". the villains have gotten so powerful, I could believe that Platinum Sperm may have been able to take him out.

Platinum Sperm wouldn't have beaten Boros. His feats were just too insane
Even Orochi is considered stronger than Platinum Sperm by Murata. Orochi is himself weaker than his fusion with Psykos, Psykorochi, and this fusion is weaker than Boros. The gap is immense.
I mean, how can you even consider Plat S to be challenge for Boros if Garou not even fully monsterized can kill him rather easily ? Monster Garou himself can only be comparable with Boros if he has all his monster transformations, as he did against Saitama just before he received god's power. And even then, I still think Boros seems stronger, only cosmic Garou, with god's power, is better.

I argee with this list very strongly, it just that I wouldn't consider anyone outside of Gaoru as a true god level threat (albeit not anywhere close to god himself). Truly showing us what that level of destruction can actually do.

Elder Centipede being compared to blast like he reached his level, it's actually the Blast that centipede fought before where he lost. The current Blast is a monster of a different caliber, he'd destroy elder centipede low diff

Boros didnt run out of energy because of his meteoric burst mode he put all his energy into roaring star collapsing canon and when it got hit back at him he didny have any left to regenerate but theorically he couldve tanked any number of punches as long as he had energy

Feel like goketsu should be in this top 10 his AP is one of the best purely physical character he punch the air so fast it destroys a big part of the stadium almost like a normal punch but not quite and he outclass another dragon level monster(bakuzan) by a lot, he also never shown his martial arts skill which will make hin even stronger plus his durability is insane he can tank suiryu attacks without flinching and suiryu is cleary an S class level and also have shown strength feats beyond what human garou can do so overall goketsu have AP resemble a normal punch from saitama speed capable of blitzing genos and durability to tank hits from suiryu without flinching.
He's anywhere between Darkshine and Golden Sperm level
since Genos thought (his idea of) Saitama would've needed help from the S-Class heroes even after seeing Darkshine getting oneshotted by Saitama and GS oneshotted Darkshine.

2/3.) Psyrochi or Boros
4/5.) Orochi or God empowered Psykos. God boosted Psykos to Orochi level which is why she won/stalemated Orochi in the fusion. Monster Garou would be under these two imo. Orochi's feats are more impressive imo. Gaia canon feat was insane.
6.) EOW and Sage Centipede. They were portrayed as equals and pushed Garou harder than PS.
7.) Platinum Sperm
8.) Elder Centipede is was the strongest cadre. Given the fact Psykos as Gyro Gryo believed only 4 heros could defeat him. Blast, Tatsumaki, Metal Knight, and King are all believed to be above dragons.
9.) Golden Sperm and Homeless Emperor. Homeless Emperor has greater AP and DC while golden is greater in all other aspects.
10.) Overgrown Rover
Boros slaps Psykorochi in his released form alone.
SC and ENO were sent by God to defeat the fist that killed Orochi, they narratively can't be below Orochi.
Overgrown Rover is above EC based on MUCH higher durability.
@@yennox5338 no Boros does not. His highest level of power in the manga CSRC is a multi continental attack. Psyrochi can spam those.
God sent two of them so they don't have to be as powerful as Orochi. They have no feats that comes close to Orochi. Tatsumaki killed Orochi not Saitama.
EC is the strongest cadre before PS showed up. His durability is way higher surviving attacks from Blast, and the combined power of Bang/Bomb.

The Phoenix man one is wrong this is outdated information it was redrawn. Go read the redraw it's amazing it changes the story dramatically.

Both Boros and Cosmoc Garou were god level threats. If you can kill all of humanity with a single attack, you are god level. If Boros’ collapsing star canon or Garou’s gamma ray burst had touched the earth, even if it didn’t completely destroy it, all of humanity would have died. This makes them god level

Haven’t finished the video but Vaccine Man should be on this list. A lot of people forgot about him because he was literally the first Villian introduced but he legit destroyed almost a whole city with one attack similar to homeless emperors energy balls and on top of that was a monster with a second form so he was definitely physically superior to Homeless Emperor with a strong theory he’s an apostle of God himself. Anyways I think he should be on this list at least #10
