We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. Color of the house is white and gray.

Good day po! Based on rough estimates, this house is valued at P5.04M po. This is by using the rule of thumb 35k per sqm computation. Actual cost may be higher or lower based on the materials and the finishes used. Especially now where the prices of building materials are increasing.
