    Yes, Maruti Suzuki's after-sales service is very poor. They don’t consider customer satisfaction and only focus on selling. The insurance company is no different-when it comes to claims, they go into sleep mode.

      Completely agree! It feels like once they’ve made the sale, they stop caring about the customer. Dealing with insurance claims is a whole new headache-they delay things endlessly!
