    recipe for the bara
    4 cups flour
    4 teaspoon yeast
    2 teaspoon brown sugar
    A very little saffron or tumeric small pinch 1/4 teaspoon
    2 to 3 cups water (little at a time when mixing)
    mix till a softeish dough just to incorporate everything then gradually add
    1/2 cup extra flour to start making a dough so knean it to form that ball add oil in between follow instructions on video cover for 5 to 20 minutes or fry one time
    2 tablespoon oil for top of mixture
    More for frying
    channa follow instructions
    sauces you can eat with doubles
    tamarind chutney
    mango chutney
    bandanya chutney
    roasted pepper chutney
    red pepper sauce
    sour mango boiled chutney
    kuchela
    coconut chutney
    cucumber chutney
    it's all up to what you like to eat it with
