    Get yourself a 12 volt husky tire filler...I'm a contractor; I get slow leaks all the time...Takes about 10 minutes to get to 35 lbs when it's flat...I have a pro plug kit too...But the tire filler saved my ass many times...Good luck on the scrapping; Hope you find 20 tons of #1 Brass.

    • @Adventureswithmike1
      @Adventureswithmike1  5 місяців тому +1

      Why did you stop selling it? Are you holding for when the price goes up?.. Or do you just not scrap it and make some money

    • @Dancing_Alone_wRentals
      @Dancing_Alone_wRentals 5 місяців тому +2

      I'm lazy @@Adventureswithmike1 . Sure, I'm going to give you an answer but it would be better to just admit it up front....You will see through my blah blah blah anyway.
      So the scrap used to show up at my house....on a silver platter. That source dried up so the pile I have is not growing.
      People stack silver and some gold, but I never see them sell it till they need money for bills. I watched copper prices and they have a better return than silver has had.
      So when I need the trailer I'll process the copper into boxes and put them off to the side.
      Copper has gone up since I started the pile, so far so good. If it falls...no biggie, I'll wait.
      Light iron is my thing. Easy find, easy load, easy sell. I do better fixing dryers and washers and giving them to friends than scrapping in general.
      (I'm more a dumpster diver than a scrapper like in my videos).

    • @Adventureswithmike1
      @Adventureswithmike1  5 місяців тому +1

      @@Dancing_Alone_wRentals White iron is the easiest thing to get nobody sees value in it.. It just takes a lot to get anywhere and make decent money.. But last year I did over 600,000 pounds. Of light iron shred alone.. And that's no cars included.. I usually save my copper for once a month. Run being that I really don't need the money to pay bills and everything. It's mostly just stashed away for rainy day

      That particular load was only three weeks... I usually only hold for about a month at a time. And the main source of my copper and brass are plumbing and heating contractors.. I get tons of air conditioners also that I rip apart.. I currently have twenty h fact plumbing technicians that feed me scrap metal.. And that's not including my normal people that call me for pick ups

    Copper… there’s every chance that copper prices will rise….. in the next 18 months, due to the demand by companies who make. Electric Batteries for cars, bikes etc, so you’ve time to clean up all the copper to get the best price. Joe.

    • @Adventureswithmike1

      For me it's plumbing and heating contractors. They always have scrap. They wanna get rid of and if you can pick up from them. You will get air conditioners and copper plumbing pipe.. A lot of the guys don't wanna be bothered with the scrap aspect of their business. They just want to hurry up and install units and make the quick cash and forget about the scrap money. That's where you can capitalize on their laziness...

    Is simple math really that difficult for the average american?

    • @Adventureswithmike1
      @Adventureswithmike1  6 місяців тому +2

      No it's not but I usually have a brain fart.. See talking on camera really is not uneasy thing.. End, it really doesn't matter if it was a correct number. Because you could see it in the video. And The average american is smarter than most people worldwide.. And I couldn't do that part out and added it up and wrote it down and told you the correct number. But if you wanna get forced fed garbage there you go. My videos are unscripted and on the fly, which makes them real. Thanks for watching
