- Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan has reacted to US President Joe Biden's latest speech blunder during a press conference where he seemed to forget the word 'Hamas'.
During the press conference on Tuesday, Mr Biden was asked about the ongoing hostage negotiations between Israel and Hamas.
“There's been a response...from the uh...there's been a response from the opposition,” Mr Biden said appearing confused.
"But - yes I'm sorry - from Hamas,” he said.
Mr Morgan said, “just when you thought he couldn’t get any more ridiculous”.
What is scary is the people who are still going to vote for him.

If I was a Russian dictator I would want Biden as president though for obvious reasons. My Dad had dementia and I find this is extremely hard to watch. It’s unfortunate that people find this funny, likely because they’ve never experienced a loved one suffer from that horrible condition. It’s even more terrifying that he is still leading the largest super power.

My mother spoke alot like this in the early stages of dementia. She was early onset, only 60 years old, and was very good, despite her decreasing cognitive ability, to hide what was going on. It's very typical to be in denial as this illness progresses. It was very hard to step in and take away her freedoms, but in the end we had to in order to protect her ❤

Biden talked about asking some hypothetical question involving Mitterrand and the German Chancellor about the British House of Commons being attacked by a thousand people and killing two "Bobbies" in the process. Biden's brain is well-conditioned in making up stories on the fly: unfortunately the memory part is shot.
