    I’m buying one. I’m starting, I’m not sure if it will be a good mid end bow. What I need is a broad range at the time of setting the draw weight

    Also sportsman’s has the package on sale for $399.99 normally 549.99 not a bad deal i bought it. My first bow. I think i made a good choice I’m already shooting 4” groups at 30 yards.

    Just got one. Love it. I'm used to dual cams and this feels so different. The cable guide seems ok so far And its incredibly silent. My it's my favourite bow so far.

    Bough the bfl last summer. It's a monster of a bow. After 9 months no issues and a dead heavy target.
    90cm layered heavy target and it decimated it. Hoyt ignite went in about 50% brute force goes fletch deep. If you want to hunt big game it's the bow to use. Only negative has almost no valley.

    I thought it was funny in the beginning how you kept bashing the Brute Force LTE over the Drive but in the end it seems like you ended up preferring The Brute Force LTE!Also how can you do a review without showing some chronograph speeds?At 60 lb shooting a 350 grain Arrow, it Chronographs at 296fps. It currently sells for $449 with all PSE matching RTS accessories including a drop away rest!

    Love your vids! Looking to buy my daughter’s boyfriend his first bow for his birthday later this month (getting a gift certificate to his local Archery shop) and your vids are a helpful resource in figuring out what’s available for the money, Not sure if you respond to the comments or can be bothered by them, but is this PSE Brute Lite bow and kit still a good choice in 2021? It seems like we live in the golden age of Archery where insane performance and value are being offered by multiple Brands at all sorts of price points and compromises to accommodate just about everyone wanting to shoot. Fortunately, I have a pretty good budget $800, just shy of some of the flagship bare models. I think that since most of these brands offer roughly the same arrow speed and generous adjustment up to a point, that the most important trait might be his accuracy with it and what fits him best. I guess my real question is that, “for the money, is there a bow (PSE or other) that would be a much better ‘bow only’ value than the PSE Brute kit with the value oriented (or cheap) accessories that will more than likely be changed out later anyway? Is maybe buying just the PSE Brute bow a good choice and use extra money to buy better accessories from the outfitter? Or even better, If you had a budget of $800(US), were using it for hunting and target, what bow would you buy in today’s market (October 2021). He is already an avid hunter, will surely be using it in the field as well as range, so I’d like for my money to go into a bow that oozes quality, rather than one outfitted with some cheesy sight that may crack or come out of adjustment on his first bow hunt. His local shop carries PSE, Bowtech, Hoyt and Mathews, but I think they have a limited stock. He doesn’t even know yet whether he is a left or right handed shooter yet. He shoots guns from the left shoulder. Any advice you have would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Please do a review on the 2017 PSE Drive R. I commented below and ended up buying the Drive and would love to hear your opinion! Thanks

    Simple fix for the cable guard Rod issue just add some Loctite blue or purple to the screw you shouldn't have any problems after that. I assume the screw is loosening up with the vibration of the bow which is a flaw unfortunately

    Its the same at mine. The cableguard get loose all the time. The screw is so tight it can only be. But the cableguard is not going hold in tight. I try to change the bow in my shop.. i like pse but the i think all of them have this crap of the same cableguard.

    Isn't this the madness cam? The drive r has the drive cam? In the US the bare bow Brute Force Lite is $450 and the bare bow drive r is $500. These bows are so similar in specs. the drive r is only 4 fps faster, has the machined riser, and an upgraded string stop. So is the drive worth the extra $50? The brute lite is also 80% let off. Do they feel that much different? I'd like to shoot both but I'm left handed and its unlikely that the shops around here will have both in left to try them.

    Love your videos, I just started shooting last month, I picked this bow up used like new, and am planning on using it for 3d, field and some indoor, I'm looking at putting a side bar and already have a 30" stabilizer out front, I was wondering if you could do a video on how to setup stabilizers and what determines the weight distribution?

    Can you adjust the string stop on this bow? Like in or out? I noticed when you wound the bow down, you had a decent sized gap between the string, and the rubber end of the string stop. The string should be just barely touching it, shouldn't it? That's how my Halon is, and you can adjust the string stop on that bow(I know it's in a totally different price range).

    I am a beginner looking for my first hunting bow. I have been looking at this bow, the brute for lite, the bear threat, and the Hoyt power max. All three are similarly priced. Which would you recommend?

    I have the 2016 brute force that you showed in the video as last year's model. The screw that is in the smaller draw length setting (mine is e also) works itself out of place as I shoot and will grind itself all the way to the lowest setting. I made sure, when you showed the cam in the video that it looks exactly the same but it keeps doing it. Do you have any idea why it's doing that or can you refer me to a shop that can fix the problem?

    I watch many of you Video. Much appreciated of that you do!!! Can you please help me . I was comparing to madness unleashed 2020 to Brute NXT. Does Unleashed it a better than Brute for a beginner? It seem to have a better backwall at 85%. Wich one will be better for a new archer in Compound bow world? JS

  • @Wsmith247

    Why are the limb bolts let out so far? Why not go down the lower poundage limbs as limbs will perform better at there max weigh(Tightened all the way down.)

    • @Wsmith247
      @Wsmith247 6 років тому

      Plus when you back out the limbs that far it changes your brace and you ATA.

    I just bought this bow and mine didn’t come with arrows was it supposed to? I didn’t get the box and i was wondering if it came with anything else. I bought it new from sportsman’s

    • @jronche
      @jronche 6 років тому

      No, the PSE kit doesn't include arrows. He added them to the kit he sells.

    You except people to believe that you had no idea how well the arrows were grouping at 18 meters until you get to the target, that's total BS
