Feel bad for not watching this earlier. How big of a deal is putting the grease on the coils? I didnt do that.
The grease from what I understand is mainly precautionary, but will help protect your engine from misfiring or the coil arching and making the engine run a bit rough. You should be good in the short term though. Just keep an eye on it is what I would suggest.
When changing spark plugs is it ideal to change the ignition coils too

Not really. I know some coils that lasted 200k miles with 2-3 spark plug changes.
Bosch plugs 🤮 Should've went with NGK at least.

for about $10 ea?
Dont ever sub bosch for ngk, they will get seized and stuck
NGK all the way.
