This is probably one of the best floor plans I have seen. I do prefer the bathroom to be before the bedroom so guests do not go in, but in doing that it means the bathroom would be smaller, so I get it.
So happy to see such a HUGE bathroom with two sinks and two shelves in the cabinet and ONE towel hanger. Because my wife and I share everything, including our bath towel. After we shower - together - we only need one hanger next to the shower for our ONE towel.
Awesome...luxury home for two only! The idea of the bathroom in front makes you think twice before having someone over for the night. I love my kids and friends, but not that much that they have to cross my room to reach the toilet during the night while I sleep naked.
Personally I really like it when there are LEDs that go along the top of the coach with the crown molding. That’s just my opinion though, maybe most other people think it’s tacky? But that’s just my two cents, oh and don’t get me wrong this is absolutely beautiful.
This is really BEAUTIFUL!! Would like to see more of the linen color cabinets in the bedroom. I really don't care for all that dark wood. No half bath. Don't want people walking thru the bedroom 😞
When you have the dual beds in the living room, it requires an extra half bath for the guest staying in that area. Unfortunately, these guys will have to travel through your master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Hopefully, nobody’s getting busy when they walk through!
That manifold is likely to fail. Historically, similar systems installed in residential multifamily developments leak like a sieve. Granted the materials and such are better with current technology, however the older systems were not subject to the vibrations of being on the road. 🤷🏽♂️
I don’t get single sinks in Robs. You should have one to wash and one to rinse to save water. We’re do you put the dishes after you watch them before they are rinsed ? And then have to rinse them. Never understood that.
I wonder I anyone that buts the pull out couch in campers has slept on one of these… they are so hard on someone’s back. We are replacing ours… also the rain shower is small for a person over 6’ tall.. they have to been there head to stand under it.

I just bought a redwood! Did you ever find out what the 3rd switch was in utility closet? We can't figure out what it's connected to?!! Our tech couldn't either!
This would be PERFECT if the shower was located in front of the rear bedroom. So guests would not have to walk through the bedroom to shower or use the restroom.
Other than the size of the stove or fridge, what do you hear about from RV owners about kitchens? The lack of a dedicated space for garbage AND recycling. So what’s with the obsession with islands when a peninsula in place of an island would create way more prep space AND give you a perfect place for garbage and recycling - you could even make it accessible from the “kitchen” side of the peninsula and from the table side
Although the video was very informative, I googled redwood and was shocked to see their dismal reviews . Poor quality mainly. Sad too , we're looking for full time and was excited by this video. We'll stick with riverstone thanks
Also, at 1:25, video shows the drawers in kitchen. The top drawer is installed backwards! Other than a few things that shouldn't have made the video, it's a beautiful 5'er. Please tell me your 'cabinet installer' isn't your brake installer...
That’s a no for me bathroom drawers already falling apart hence cap in the left rear corner. And no dishwasher and should already have a washer/dryer installed for the price. I’ll keep my current fifth-wheel.
Do they make a shorter version of this that isnt a 5th wheel? My dad has a 1500 silverado with 10k max towing available. This models just a little too big for them
First off, love your UA-cam name!! Lol amen brother. Secondly they do not make travel trailers. Although there are many brands out there within that tow rating. Most tt will be in 6k weight rande

I always hate those showers! No shelves or cubbies for bottles, soap, etc. What do they think you're going to do with that stuff?? Floor, shower seat?? Come on guys, get it together!
How Come the holes where the pipes come up have such big holes. You know when its cooled or hot it let's a shit load of air come in. And for the money how come the floor never has insulation. And the water heater door that big vent will leak like a boat doing a nose dive in the water. But not to bad. 6 out off 10
Floor has 2" batten insulation in it. Water heater has never leaked. Agreed the pipes have big holes around them but that's all enclosed in the camper where the heat circulates. I agree tho and would like to see those filled but
You said furrion they suck, biggest they make are dinky ovens, pizza and biggest bird quail again Furrion sucks! It's insignia best stove out there you can actually cook a small turkey about 9/10 pounds!
Water manifold literally 4” from the power box... ugh..okay? Fail also WHY do they put the dump handles under the slide outs? It’s 2022, are there no engineers that can put a pull handle in the water bay that activates the sewer pipes, or better yet, shorten the sewer pipe to end before the slide... c’mon guys - Also for that kind of money can you not put slam latch doors ALL the way around the rig... I hate the single lock / half turn cheap latches on the front bay. Stupid.

The bathroom drawers are already falling apart. If that was missed during a quality inspection what else was missed?

Only issue that I see is the bathroom location. It would be rough if you had guest stay the night.
Do your guest dump your holding tanks after they are full? I encourage them to use the campground facilities!

This guy needs to study his rvs better. That’s insignia appliances not furion. Also that’s not an inverter inside the door. It’s the fuse panel.
Sharpen your ears. Converter panel. You're correct it is insignia not furrion. Similar appearance
