Hi! May I ask what is the best book to have for open notes when taking the CPC exam?
Really informative. I'm thinking about doing something like this in the Medical field. I want to be able to work remotely so I can work while I'm in another country.
I’m working in a healthcare insurance company and some reason why the claims are being denied is due to the cpt that are experimental or investigational in nature and we asked them to resubmit claim and use different codes, member or provider will ask what the ride code and we always refer them to thier coding department, so you’re the one helping the providers get the right codes❤.
You are amazing! You would think my class would at some point in the first three modules have someone actually using the book.
As an AR i am saying this that it is not necessary for you to be of a science background in order to be coder

Love the vid!!❤ Do you have a video on managing your "time" during an exam for the AAPC? I took my exam last Saturday in NC and i didn't bring a watch or electronic watch bc i "thought" it wasn't allowed plus there were no clocks hung in the dining hall of the church we had the exam in..but i ended up rushing the last 2 hours of my exam and scored a 60%🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

It's like learning to navigate a map rather than memorizing every single street. You'll get familiar with the codes you use regularly, and for everything else, there are resources and tools to help you out. So, no worries, it's not about memorizing an entire library of codes!
