I’ve had one for a while, picked up in March last year during a trip to Malaysia. Works like a charm, while I don’t take public transport or MRTs I do love going for long walks and this is a lifesaver for this.

I was very interested in this product and immediately bought it to try out after I found it available on Amazon! Amazing technology, powerful air conditioning against my neck and a strong fan! Walking my dog and hanging out is much easier than it used to be🥶🥶

Wish they would make a motorcycle helmet or attachment built on this concept.

Thanks for this excellent review! As someone who lives in Dubai and regularly travels to SE Asia this looks perfect.

Completely blown away by aice 3. It's a game-changer for sure! The cooling effect is so powerful that I can withstand even the hottest days. I'm just so glad I have the neck ac, it made my summer days more pleasant.

Mine didn’t work. Amazon replaced it and the new one works but it’s not very cool.
Even indoors I don’t feel much cooler.

Is it cold wind or just normal wind? Or just cool plate but normal wind?

Would say this is purely for hot countries, like Singapore, and it chooses to focus purely on cooling
