Exciting Triple Flip Envelope Pocket with a Bonus Tuck

- Discover how to create a gorgeous double envelope flip inspired by Eva at @BohemianCrafting! In this step-by-step tutorial, I’ll show you how to take two envelopes and turn them into an interactive junk journal element, complete with an extra journaling paper flip. To add even more charm, I use the flap of the first envelope to create a third embossed tuck spot on the opposite page. This design adds layers, texture, functionality and fun to any journal. If you are looking for fresh, creative idea for an interactive pocket, you will want to try this in your own journal projects.
Of course, this is in my style. Sadly, I cannot now find the specific video that inspired this double envelope flip. Eva has so many videos that are filled with fascinating flips and flaps and moving parts. One can spend hours searching for something specific and travel in many different directions…she has a most creative brain! Here is a link to her wonderful channel!

Love all those extra tuck spots without losing journal space!!
Great tutorial....thanks for sharing it, Kathleen!
@@Mommyoffive4Him Thank you Kerri! I’m so glad you stopped in!
Another great idea for using envelopes, Kathleen. Your project turned out so cute with the big red flower popping out of that cute polka dot pocket. Love that this one piece has lots of pockets to stash ephemera and still there's lots of room for extra journaling. I also like the way you tucked away that red envelope's flap. Thank you for the great tutorial.
@@lindaspaperworks Aw Linda! You always manage to make me feel so happy - thank you very much!

@IsobelLongmuir thanks so much Isobel!
The sandpaper tip/trick is a game changer for me! So many cards I have passed by because I didn’t know a creative way to cover the writing that didn’t detract from the beauty of the card. 🤯😄😍
Thanks for letting me know, that makes me so happy! So many possibilities now, right?
Another fun envelope video! Love it!😃❤️

Fab! Can i ask how you emboss only the flap of the envelope? 🤔
I place the flap in the embossing folder the fold the envelope under it and send it through that way. Hope that makes sense. 😀
That's fun. Like that it's using 2 different sized envelopes. Sand paper, brilliant idea. 200 grit?
@@kayleenwatt7563 Thanks so much Kayleen. I don’t recognize 200, but it’s a medium grit.
@BeAgainBooks thank you in Canada we have a number on the back of our sandpaper 50 grit super rough 200 grit very fine. Thank you. Very much enjoyed your videos
