Just got it myself, and played with it a bit. It's a ton of fun, and very affordable compared to Chromaphone or Plasmonic. Another fun new physical model synth is Outersect Modeler, which has a really cool feedback feature (like guitar feedback, but on any sound).
That was fun, loved the MPE about 5min in, those sliding dissonance and then the harmonic matching, that was cool, then the plucks that sounded very Phillp Glassy. Hope you had as much fun playing as I did listening. Thanks
Great! I'm going to buy 😊
That's fantastic! It sounds like a synth that Crumb's keyboard player, Brian Aronow, should be using if he's not already.
On another topic, I don't know if you've seen the film "Oppenheimer"? The film score behind the tense scene leading up to the Trinity test detonation had elements of Philip Glass' compositions that you've discussed here, if I'm not mistaken.
That’s an amazing score by Ludwig Göransson. So much excellence from the design team on that film. My favorite film of the year.
Love Your vid, buyed the synth. But I don’t find it ok, that MPE-slide isn’t mapped into the modulation as the aftertouch is.🙏🏽🧔🏼
Is your midi doing vibrato??
