Hello dear, if your cendol comes out bitter, it must be your pandan leaves. Keep in mind that all pandan leaves are not perfect and there are some pandan leaves that is bitter. I've experienced that in the past too. That is why I usually buy the same brand of pandan leaves from the same store if possible.

Hello dear, if your cendol comes out bitter, it must be your pandan leaves. Keep in mind that all pandan leaves are not perfect and there are some pandan leaves that is bitter. I've experienced that in the past too. That is why I usually buy the same brand of pandan leaves from the same store if possible.

U don’t have to use the pandan leaves just use water and add pandan paste. Or just buy the pandan that’s in the can.
