I live in Delaware..land here often less than an acre can start around $50,000..3500 to me is a dream..unless it's marsh or useless land..Alaska's beautiful too but not to start over in at 62..

Ya if I moved I'd probably want to buy the hole lake or some wait with a lot more land . It is Alaska not San Fran Sisco if u are moving thair and are in living remote and having people that close to you then you are looking in the wrong state and wouldn't make it long thair I promise you that
