I don’t look at any of these “couples” as authentic. In every single relationship I’ve seen on this show, they’ve all had one thing in common - Mutual predation. The American is almost always considered undesirable in one form or another to other Americans so they seek relationships with typically more attractive partners in third world countries who they KNOW are DESPERATE for a better life. The only thing surprising about this show is that there are couples who have stayed married even after the visa was acquired but I doubt any of these couples will die together.
