You should have a removable support at the front end of the guide way. As it is I suspect the trench cuts change depth from front to back due to flex in the guide way. Good job, though.
I don't apply downward force while cutting. I'm just applying thrust. In this case, the problem you mentioned does not occur.
Interesting project. It's just too bad that you must also download all the other associated garbage to download the PDF. Just post the PDF and allow us to download it. Or charge a small fee.
