You need to be a studio musician for films, my guy! I’ve never heard a horn player this good outside of professional orchestras!
He might play professionally outside of this, this may be a little fun thing to do on the side.
@@ArienDH11 Correct 😉
Thank you so much, Marc, for your wonderful playing of this wonderful piece. I must say James` piece is not easy to play. You`ve done very great jobs on the horn! Love it. Thank you, again. To bring back James` soul in this way. :)
James Horner always did love himself some parallel thirds in his brass writing... Phenomenal score from a much missed legend. And a great performance as always, Marc :)
OMG I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOU GUYS ACTUALLY MADE MY REQUEST!!!
Thank you so much!!!
You are the first ones to have ever made my comment a reality. I've been asking for Zorro music in your last videos and you actually listened and here it is!
I liked the video before even watching it LOL xD
Thanks for requesting this!
@@trevorjensen2706 Zorro is my childhood hero. I still have his costume and I am dying to get my hands on the full score by James Horner :)
You're welcome !! Such a wonderful score 😀
Man I kinda miss playing french horn. Although it was hard to play, I really liked playing some of the majestic melodies. Sad that I quit band and borrowed the french horn from band.
Good grief this is an amazing piece. Thanks for putting this one together and great work.
Easily one of the best sets of musical themes to grace film and one of the most quotable movies ever.

Peckerwood?
One of my all time favorite scores / movies. Bravo, Marc!!
2:30 Yessssss. Love all those counterlines
Oh yeah, such a fantastic score !! Magnificent action cues 🙂
Wie geil!!!!!!!!!
Danke !!
What great playing . Thank you !
JAMES HORNER!!!! GOLD!
Indeed !! Magnificent score 😀
love this movie forgot how good the score is thanks for the reminder also fantastic horn playing as always
Always makes my day
Spectacular, big like 👍
James Horner 's sound is beloved !
Always loved this piece! Sounds like a lot of fun to play (and difficult!).
Very fun indeed 😀
Awesome Marc!!, i knew this one was coming someday ;)
I wanna see the “Farewell” from Pocahontas!!! French horn’s back sounds are really moved…📯
とてもいいアイデアです!
Here it is :)

@@Marc_Papeghin omg omg!!!ありがとうございます😭😭
Amazing !
Красавчик!! Отлично.
Where do you get the orchestra audios without the horns?
For most of my covers I actually just play over the original tracks ! It is the case for this one 🙂
Nice 👍
I highly recommend everyone check out the marching band arrangement of Mask of Zorro arranged by Jay Bocook. Played it in college and it's a phenomenal piece of music.
Oh yeah Jay Bocook's arrangements are some of the best around 🙂
Hi marc!!, Can you record the theme of Iron man 3 - was made by brian tyler
Hello! Which French horn and mouthpiece would you recommend for intermediate to advanced players? My mouthpiece is a little small and I play from pedal C to around C and D above the staff. What do you use? What would you recommend? Love your arrangements!
Hey Ashley ! To tell you the truth, I am not the biggest expert when it comes to recommendations ^^ I have been playing the same horn with the same mouthpiece for more than 20 years now and all I could say is that I am still perfectly satisfied with them, that is my Holton H179 and Schilke 30 :)
Thank you so much!!
WOW! This one just might replace The Chariot Race, ua-cam.com/video/VwmWnVIoA7M/v-deo.html, from it's almost 5 year reign as most fun Papeghin arrangement to play! Well done as always, Marc!
