Every order I see from UE says "including tip". Even when the customer never included one.
Just give us the breakdown like Para does. How much for the pay and the tip? If there’s no tip, then we need to decline
I guess it's different in Chicago. Summer is usually busier.
Oh weird, that’s good to hear though 👍
Great video bro thanks
I don't know if they're putting a bonus on Postmates deliveries on Uber, but the PM runs are bigger.
I'm getting tons of a low ball offers making UberEats feel more like Postmates lately. Been a slow month without the surge pay I'm use to seeing a few times a week that make a huge difference in total weekly pay
Yea been slow here too
Dudethe past few days in LA I’ve only seen $1-$2.50 surge pay. No more $4-$6 surge pay. It’s insane
@@Eye4eye007 I live in El Paso, TX. And I would get $12-15 even 20 sometimes but now all I get is like 4 dollars to 7
I work in LA as well. The same shit. I am puzzled.
No $40+ $60 incentives, my active time has drastically decreased too
I'm glad for three merger. I had totally quit flopping Postmates altogether because the pay was so low and the tip situation.
Yup for anyone that was driving with Postmates this is definitely a positive at least for the time being!
In the beginning.....
There was a set price for minutes, miles, pick ups, and drop offs with a set split rate and 100% tip to driver...
That is an independent contractor.....
Now, it is more like whatever we feel like after you do the delivery...
Corrupt.....
True they need to do better!
Did ubereats do away with surge pay and quest. Haven't seen any in the Roanoke Va area in over 6 months?
Anybody else besides me who can't access the Doordash app rite now??
Where’s a good area to do delivery’s in Washington state ?
I’m in Kitsap county is so so for delivery’s
Looking for a busy area
Seattle is great it’s the only place I’ve done it. I can imagine bellevue or Tacoma wouldn’t be bad
UberEats is becoming my favorite easily, and that’s even when I’m a drive dasher and a GHfW driver in Southern California one of the best markets out there
Not anymore. The regular Uber is better at this point because people are coming back out and traveling again. There's been a shift from food delivery to public transportation because of the vaccines.
Your going to mess up your circadian rhythm working those hours. Sleep is good for your health.
Yea I’m going to try and switch up my schedule
Well that's ridiculous. Tips are earned, not given. It already costs more to order through the apps. Tipping means the job was done well. If the job isn't done well or the customer doesn't like/accept the job or any part of it as it's done then there's no tip or a lowered tip.
I'm not wrong, 'troll.' Just as it's each persons own decision of where to get food from, it's their own decision what to order. By ordering via the apps, more is charged to be able to pay the drivers as well as the app companies.
You can't prove who orders what. The fact remains... tips ARE EARNED, not given. I would MUCH rather a customer only tips me if I do the job well. Just as respectful me wouldn't tip YOU if I don't accept the job YOU did, but if I DO accept the job YOU do then I would tip you.
Another fact is to respect the fact that when getting orders from fast food restaurants, employees at such places CAN'T accept tips simply because they are not that type of restaurant. If such employees are insisted to take a tip then they have to tell their supervisor. Thus... people ordering from such apps are tipping drivers but are still not required to tip the restaurant employees. This isn't 'fair' to the restaurant employees, so you should be happy when you get such tips.
But, if you'd rather remain your disrespectful self then ya betta hope you never cross me as a customer with your disrespect because I definitely would not tip you.
I would NEVER, EVER, pre-tip.
Thank you
