Is anyone else like me . When your waiting for an appointment in doctors dentist or anywhere like that I watch these but if anyone comes near me I quickly turn my phone off. I feel like I’m doing something I shouldn’t be doing lol

I love these majority because they pretty much clean themselves out with a well-placed squeeze or two. I also give her a lot of credit for the way she scrapes up the product. A lot of them scrape so hard they cut the top of the pimple off and cause unnecessary bleeding. Well done and thank you. I'm finding fewer and fewer videos with the type of popping I enjoy.

Appreciate this technique of barely nicking the pore. Some rip upward two to three times causing a bloody sore and not necessary.

@@deballen4968 Hi Deb! It helps my anxiety bc I can zen out to it. It’s the only time in my life that it feels like I’ve been able to turn off my brain and be truly in the moment. I look at each extraction as it’s own little adventure. It could do anything! And that little teeny tiny story just keeps repeating itself, keeping my attention and putting anything else out of my mind and emotions. I used to think it was weird but then I realized we don’t pick our attractions, not really. These qualify ASMR, too 🙂

Why does this relieve anxiety? It also promotes relaxation for sleep, in my experience.
I wish i had some big scientific explanation lol. I have a lot of stressors going on right now not to mention my general anxiety social anxiety n ptsd. These videos have helped me TREMENDOUSLY. My anxiety literally melts away..my breathing n heart rate slow to a normal speed n help me calm down n get to sleep!! I think it may be the fact that i put in earbuds n just listen to the little random noises n soft voices n also just the general calm vibe for me is what helps. Also watching the "pops" gets my focus n concentration on something other than the stress n anxiety. Its almost like the "grounding" exercises my therapist used to give me..5 things you can hear 5 things you can feel 5 things you can see.

Any chance we could see what follows this procedure? After the bumps are popped they leave what I call 'craters'; how do you clear up all the scarring? What do your end results look like? I would love to see before and afters.
I don't really know about the final results, but if you go on their website, the whole treatment are a lot of steps, this extractions are like in the middle of the treatment. Something like that. Anyway i would love to watch the complete process as well.
I keep wishing we could see some of the post popping procedure... I'm assuming it includes some form of hot towel, cleansing wash etc... but it would be great to see exactly what happens.

Hello all! I’m a RN and gave been watching these types of videos for years. Can anyone tell me what type of acne those big, white pops are? I’ve seen other videos where it appears as a small inflamed blackhead on the surface, while at other times they can be difficult to see. Perhaps the blackhead type is something different or a variation? I saw a comment on a similar video recently that stated it’s Third Generation Chloracne. Is that an account diagnosis? The reason I’m asking so many questions is because it’s my favorite “pop” and I really enjoy watching videos of it. I’d also like to learn more, such as why certain ones come out as a fat pearly looking blackhead, some as more stringy/slightly clumpy (as seen in this video) while still others are a combination. I've always just thought of those as a phase of cystic acne. Probably just before they become "inflamed cystic acne ". This is because you often see what looks like a cyst sac left behind outside of the pores but laying on the skin surface.
Thuy often removes these with gauze or even the back of her blade.
The skin is making excess oil, so the oil & shed skin cells clump together & clog pores. Sometimes the clogged pore oxidizes & turns black, which forms a black head.
White heads happen when a thin layer of skin covers the clogged pore, so it doesn't turn black & oxidize.
