Have you had complaints about phone calls? When I'm talking to someone, there's like a 2-3 second latency if talking thru bluetooth. That's the main thing that's killing me on this unit.

If you did this and it’s still not working. I recommend turning off the car amplifier. You can do this by pulling at the top of the screen where you will have a blue menu appear. There you are able to click on car amplifier and it will be turned off. Making your microphone in Bluetooth work much better. (NOTE: The microphone does not work with the CarPlay option)
This unit looks like the same hardware as my Teyes CC3. I use an external mic but my voice is very low for others as well. Do you know if this fix works w CC3 and external Mic? Thank you for the video.

Great that we can get this far, but..................... It doesn't work. Well; it works, you can change it. It says "successfully......"; but it DOESN'T save it. So - go back to previous screen. Open again = back to whatever the default was. It will not keep it, so you cannot change it. I can set mine from "0" to "level 4" as many times as I want, but EVERY time you recheck it - returns to zero. So is pointless. With these units, the lower level (cheaper ones) often have the menus but don't do anything/have no control. Maybe that is the case with mine. I see in the comments below that many have the same problem.

@@86.ls430 no. There are two separate power cables, switched(acc, red wire) & Constant (yellow wire) & they are connected to two different wires in your car.

Keep the mic level at level 0 but set the value to 250.
I’ll try that since the settings in the actual video does nothing

The sound effects app on radio adjust those settings. That's where you can adjust the EQ.

You have to go into developer mode before you can get to the menu

I would do a test call to see if you notice a difference. That will give the real answer.

Look for the settings app or use the drop down menu to go to settings.

It keeps resetting once we turn off the engine and start the system again.
Check your Constant Battery Power Connection ( Yellow Wire) If its not plugged into constant power than it will reset every time you turn the car off.

Not working, they can't listen to me on a call
I tryed, and wenn i push set it says succeeded, but the wenn i go out of the menu and back then its on 0 again... it doesnt stay on 4
It does that, only way to truly tell is by doing a test call to see if you notice a difference
