    1) For foreign people: A-levels are exams that are done before going to university
    2) When you have done your best (this is important and needs to be done first) and you still fail, then you know that thing is not good for you. 100%. It was not meant for you. Trust in Allah's decision. Have patience, change your course and see what else life has in store. Many times we think something is good for us, but it is not.

    My A-level experience was similar. I had to re-take the first year of my A-levels, I know where I went wrong. I didn't revise properly and I wasted time. However the college that I studied at initially didn't let me retake. The teacher there said to me that she didn't believe I would get better grades if I tried again. But I changed colleges and Alhamdulilah I got better grades. I studied Medical Science at De Montfort University and now I'm doing a PhD there. I want people to remember to never listen to others who put you down, or tell you that "you can't do better". That's a toxic way of thinking. Seek Allah's guidance, work hard, have good intentions, find something that you enjoy. Most of the time, we do better when we enjoy what we do. Remember to do the Istikhara prayer if you feel uncertain about which career path you want to take. Allah takes us out of darkness into light.

    What I want to say here is: There is a domain for everyone. You can't expect to be good at everything. But our education system doesn't acknowledge this. "If he can do it, why can't you? You're both the same age, go to the same school, get the same education. Why can't you do anything?" is something most of us have heard at least once in our lives. Don't let it get you down. Speaking from experience, I'm exceptionally bad at subjects related to mechanical engineering, but electronics and algorithms is where I excel. All you have to do is find your domain, do your best and be satisfied with yourself. One last thing, stop looking at others who are better than you like they're born this way. You never know how much effort they're putting in.

During my first year i actually worked very hard daily and still didnt managed to get the grades needed, now i was verry disappointed but never put the blame in Allah, I just moved on and made sure to pass with an excellent grade the next upcoming year. I've finished the year (even though it was for only half a year cus of covid lol ) and alhamdolilah it went well, i met new friends, increased my imaan , and managed to get a better level in my studies. I really hope inchlh I Ace my exams this year , ive done all the work now its just time to review my lessons and put my full trust on Allah. Most of these billionaires are not self made, they have a rich family or a rich sponsor who gave them a large sum of money to use and build themselves up.
      You're not going to become an Alan sugar or a jeremy Clarkson, you just aren't.
      Work hard get good grades and work your path from there

      Uzair Waheed If you want to work for someone else for 50 years, then retire with a ton of debt, drive a beat up old honda and never enjoy all the luxuries that life has to offer, then yes, grades should be your top concern. But please, don’t tell me what I can or cannot do. I once stayed up 4 days in a row working on one of my online businesses. Entrepreneurship is in me.

    100% agree it's your connection with Allah which will grant you success. I never did A levels. After college, I felt i wasn't good enough for uni. Allah granted me more than I wished for, Alhamdulillah. After 2 years I went to uni, I got not just a bachelor's but a master's with top grades through hard work and reliance on Allah. So if you don't trust yourself, trust Allah. Through these set backs he's allowing you to become a better individual. Honestly be greatful for these tests and ofcourse do your bit!

    So I used to be a really good student (still am I have a net cgpa of 4.0 now in university alhamdulillah) like one of the ideal well behaved students who are there in the merit list. But I barely passed my A levels and I hope nobody has to go through it. Then I had to rethink my "dreams" Of studying medical science and just get into a good subject with what i have because i had already done 1 retakes for As level and i didn't want to waste more money. Struggled badly with my faith. Thankfully alhamdulillah i am doing better than before and got more than i could ask from Allah. Don't lose hope He loves you and He will take care of you. Best of luck and hang in there!

    As salaamun aleykum brother. Yazakallahu kheiran for this video. I even failed my exams this year. Of course it was hard, to not having my graduate as the others students. It was hard to accept to repaid it that year again. I was thinking even the same what you thinking. Everything happend for a reason. Allah is the best of the planners. Alhamdillah for that. After this happend, my faith becomes more stronger than after.

    This is why kids should opt for btecs. Yes it may seem as though it's an easier choice. Rather get distinctions and be treated as equivalent to As that do A level and flop. To those watching if u haven't got the grades don't worry. It may seem like the end of the world but it's not how u start the race but finish. You will eventually get to your dream goals inshallah

    • @zaink7037
      @zaink7037 4 роки тому

      Can agree there. I did a btec as sadly didn't get the grades from GCSEs to do A levels however I'm now near the end of a masters course within UCL. Personally I have a few careers I can pick from but it's hard for graduates getting into training courses for the job. Easier when you've qualified to get a job. Sadly don't think I'll go into medicine but I don't think I'd want to anyway so looking at something clinical / scientist based.

    I failed my first year of A levels in pre-med subjects, there is no one to blame but myself as I wasted time. I repeated grade 8 so that I could change from ict to bio. I don't know if I am ready to repeat again 😭😭😭. I'm not sure of what to do anymore, my parents are extremely disappointed at me.....should I resit as a private candidate in oct/Nov 2023? or should I repeat AS? and if I do repeat, should I repeat the year with the same subjects or different ones? Should I give composite exams as a private candidate of these same subjects? I have been doing alot of Istekhara, In sha allah with the help of Allah(swt) everything will go well for me and eveeryone else in this world Ameen Sumameen
