- Hello! :D I'm so happy to see you on my channel! Thank you for watching! ♥ I have been trying to make a video with different beautiful fabrics and I kept remaking it, I couldn't decide what I liked better, which angle, whisper or soft voice etc. so I have decided to present you with both versions of the video. I know it might seem crazy but I just couldn't make up my mind on what works better and here are two versions of the same video for your liking. This video is a whisper only video with a further angle of view of the fabrics, the other video is soft spoken with up close demonstrations of textured fabrics . :) I hope you'll like at least one of them. So happy to see a video with smoothing over large surfaces ! I go back to the journals wrapped in tissue often because I love the sound of the tissue as well as the smoothing of the pages. This is wonderful because the size makes for a longer sound. Plus I love textiles, especially multi chrome or things that color shift. So this is a win win for me ! Thank you for the time and effort you put into finding new sounds and aesthetically pleasing ways to present them. It's like eye AND ear candy !

Maria, you are such an angel. I've been having a tough couple of days and the only thing that managed to comfort me was your sweet voice. You just have something more, a subtle hint of magic few people have. Thank you for being so incredibly special and helping me in my time of need.
I discovered the tingling when I was a child, typically from the human voice. Later, I found myself mesmerized watching certain tasks being performed. Then, back in the mid-90s, I was watching Bob Ross' painting instruction shows on PBS. I literally fell asleep every time I watched his show, not knowing why. But, waking up relaxed. My son, was majoring in Music Therapy and listening to binaurals on his headphones, and this intrigued me because certain tones can inspire different moods. Finally, I Googled "tingling sensations in the head" and discovered ASMR. I now us it constantly as a relaxation technique.
I used to watch bob ross then too. I was just a kid so i always thought the tingling and relaxing was just me until about a year when i found out about asmr.

Rhythmic whispered consonances are where the tingles are at for me. Any words containing 'S' 'P' 'K' 'G' 'C' 'D' 'B' or 'T' are the best. I find it to be mostly about the visceral noise of those spoken letters rather than any narrative or informational context.

This video never fails to put me to sleep. I can only get until the colorful fabric n. 3. After that I barely remember the order of the fabrics - i know them all cause one day I was determined to see until the last fluffy fabric. This is an old time favorite. Thank you, Maria! I never get tired of this video. I love the part with the leather where she talks about her mom sewing. I would love to see a like nostalgic video where she shows us stuff related to little stories like this. I like when she talks about being in kindergarten in other videos too.
I especially love this one. I particularly love when you talk about your Mom sewing for you. So sweet and loving. My Mom had one of those sewing machines too - and she used to sew outfits for me. So, I know just what you're talking about with the sound the machine made and the coziness of those moments. Thank you for sharing your memories Maria. :-)

If you notice, Maria often recycles materials used in prior videos, outfits too. For example the satin blue fabric in this very old video is seen again used as table cloth in a more recent video. I live that about her! She is very cognizant of money, the cost of things and beauty in what she buys. She wastes nothing!!!! Great job ...Maria...( it's prob due to you upbringing ...and your appreciation..) mine too. Waste nothing, bargain hunt and cut coupons!

I've always loved asmr, but usually just the "no talking" videos. You are the only one that I watch that whispers, and now I'm obsessed!! My faves are ones like these, ironing, and unboxing!! Looking forward to more to come❤

The voice made my skin crawl. Not because of her but just the wet whispered sounds of the words. I think that has a name
dragging the gold fabric over the other one, and then folding it, the static/scratchy sounds are amazing.
I can only listen to Maria for ASMR! I find the others mouth noises to be annoying. I've been trying to find other ASMR artists but everytime I watch their vids I can't take it and stop the video lol. In my normal day to day I can't stand to hear mouth noises. For some odd reason hers is relaxing to me.

Misophonia. You might have a genetic marker that indicates a higher susceptibility for loud chewing or mouth noises. I have the marker, but I don't find mouth noises affect me lol

This is my favorite video ever!!! I have been watching it over and over since 2015 and nothing has surpassed it. The combination of whispering and soft hand movements in this video are simply magic!!
While soft spoken videos do relax me, I find that whispering ones almost always trigger me and cause tingles. So thank you for doing two versions of this video. It's much appreciated!

You Ms. Whisper lady, have the best whispering voice that exist on the EARTH. And I agree with you on that whispering is kinda better than soft spoken conversations or something.

I don't think that there is a drug on the market thats as relaxing as the sound of your voice and your light and delicate hand movements Maria...another outstanding video. I loved the vinyl when you traced the edges of it and the sound the slow motion your hands made on the one at the end was amazing. Loved both video's, impossible to pick which one i like better.

I'm a seamstress/ fashion designer I'm loving this video. I love the feel and sound of fabrics, so this is perfect. I love the tingly feeling I get from the back of neck and down my spine. I'm feeling so relaxed especially after a long week.
I love this. I was just thinking the other day how relaxing I always found the sound of bolts of fabric being unwound and measured. When I was a kid I could have spent all day in the fabric shop listening to that. Thank you for that memory!

Я "познакомилась" с Марией, а заодно и с АСМР, посмотрев одно из первых видео про расчесочку, где она спокойным голосом рассказывала сказку) Моя проблема с бессонницей отпала)) С тех пор Машенька явно повзрослела, стала серьезнее...настоящая леди)) и асмр стали профессиональнее, что ли. И это здорово! Но иногда не хватает той, простой девчонки с расчесочкой)) Думаю вы меня поняли)

I have a thing about product not getting it's full use.... this was a wonderful use of material to help out, ohhhh 2.5 million viewers.... also appears to be enough material to make matching cushion covers for each swatch ; )
I really enjoyed both the soft spoken and whisper videos. It is hard to choose. The whisper version is very intimate and very relaxing while the soft spoken is very sweet as well as comforting. You are always a joy!
I loved that you were slowly dimming the lighting/fading out the sound during the last one. Very smart choice. I have a hard time falling asleep to videos that end abruptly or are too bright. Absolutely wonderful!
