As I seen in the other video you can also get this done for the front display of the phone, which I would get done in a heartbeat if I could have this service available anywhere near around me. I just got a iPhone 12pro max and I have managed to scratch up my front display by placing it in my pocket with my keys by mistake, while my screen protector was in the mail on the way. 😭 I seem to have some OCD about this because it’s driving me absolutely insane to have scratches on my brand new phone. 😩 On another note I think this would be very useful for someone who is looking to sell their used phone aswell, it makes a world of a difference(where I live) for what price you can sell a scratched up or an immaculate condition phone for. So it would be well worth it in my opinion. ☺️
Have you noticed any kind of ''orange peel effect'' on the glass after this work? I bought a phone that thad this done on the screen and it has a faint orange peel look when looking at it in good lightning or when my eyes focus on the glass, kinda annoying.
Zack sent me... That is fucking brilliant... I’d charge £20-£25 (per-side) for that as a screen renewal. That UV cured sealant pretty much guarantees retention of water proofing, I know there’s no 100% but that is way better than a screen replacement, less costly and keep factory display... How much is the machine ?
The ones I can find are advertised as liquid screen protectors and don't require curing with uv light. Actually I have 2 types and they don't last very long when applied. Is the one you use long-lasting?
Did you experience any issues afterwards with the LCD or microphones? Like ghosting, hissing back or front mic etc. Were hesitating on purchasing this machine
When I saw this advertised from China, I wondered who would ever buy this machine 😂. Such a large investment for so little returns 🤔. A cheaper method would surely be a drill and a polishing powder and water right?
@@frigyesdevogelaer749 yes that's an insane amount. Plus it would make the glass even more prone to breaking as it would make it thinner. I wouldn't personally waste my money :D
And in the next video how about showing us when a customer successfully cuts off the broken glass....and the polarizer off an Apple Watch? Oh, and I'm asking for a friend 😉
Dude…. Annoyingly even my case no matter how clean I get it no dust nothing. I still takes off the very fine finish as if there is a clear coat on the back glass. Now when I clean my back glass with a microfiber cloth. The marks are invisible completely to the eye. Until my greasy hands roach it. Then reveal the back glass clear coat damage and it’s very very annoying.
@@Derekwemet that's not true the machine cost money to run. It has a rough lifetime each time you turn it on it takes away one run from it. Also the powdered stuff he uses cost money as well. While it may be cents on the dollar to run that's very important numbers to know before buying a machine. I honestly don't know anybody that would want this done. The only time I could see it useful is when there's a really scratched phone and instead of repairing the screen or back you could just use this. And thats not all that often that I have had phones that are so scratched they be considered cracked pricing
@@chriscripe9477 you have some good points, but the laser machines to do the back glass effectively cost the about same amount. It also requires the cost of the glass, tools, adhesive, clamps, extra time and still quite a bit of labor and risk. The powder isn’t expensive and is reusable. It’s the perfect upsale in the industry when someone comes to a repair store for a battery or another issue but can also have scratches removed for and additional cost while having other work done for not a whole lot of extra time.
Some people can but others cant. This machine in my opinion is best used as a way to make used phones appear new instead of replacing the glass for resale in repair/retail stores. it can also be used to up sale someone who is needing another service like a battery or a port.
@@FIXDPHONES We're curious to buying this machine for our company as well. Do you have an estimate how many phones you could turn into A grades in an hour? ( Not counting the actual removing process)
It's a cool concept, but I can't imagine it's very profitable. For this much work, I feel like doing a glass replacement would be faster and not risk liquid damage.
@@mabisbabis9480 imagine when someone needs a new battery or port in their phone but for an additional reasonable fee can be upsold to have a scratch free device when done and in close to the same amount of time.
@@Derekwemet I thing the whole thing is really cool and seems to work well. But the problem for me would be cost of the equipment, how profitable it is and the time it takes as well as the risk of potentially damaging a customers device.
@@mabisbabis9480 well there would also be a risk of damaging the customers device if you physically replace the glass right? If the risk is comparable then this could be quite convenient. I don't know how much the machine cost, but I'd guess that this wouldn't pay itself back too quickly like you said.
So I only need about $14,000 worth of industrial equipment. So helpful.

I have a question, where do you guys get your oleophobic liquid from?
Planning to do a video on polishing those silver stainless steel sides on the iPhone?
Hello can you tell us what brand eleophobic coating you used? Or any brand can restore old eleophobic coating and remove the old eleophobic coating..
JerryRigEvereything!!!

How much is the machine ?
If your in the US with shipping us over 4k$
Around 3500$ without shipping.
This wasn't click bait but trick bait. Shows how to remove scratches but only if you have this 20 thousand dollar machine.
That's great, nice work! More videos with Zack will be nice to see.
Can you please share where I can buy such oleophobic coating? Thanks
If I can find a link I’ll put it here. In the mean time ebay has some just search oleophobic coating and I’m sure you’d find some.

Does this work with The Apple Watch Screen?
This is why we need camera glasess, to be able to use both hands while blogging/working
Did you experience any issues afterwards with the LCD or microphones? Like ghosting, hissing back or front mic etc.

Of course the age old trick of smearing toothpaste or banana peels on your phone also does wonders for removing scratches!
Is there a DIY home version for this?
I am searching for that too.
Is this service available? I'd really like to get this done
How much do you charge for this service ?

How could I send you guys my phone? Or where could I receive this fix?
How to get our phone fixed through this process when is it available for the consumer ??
Probably never
Hey I have a scratch on my iPhone back glass and I just wanted to know how can I fix that
Are you a company that fixes phones Bc if so how can I contact you?
Does this also work for Apple watches?
yeah but this machine costs about 4k with shipping. thats insane, not to mention replacement pads, maintenance and buying that powder.
Does this work for matte finished backs
Hi Zach sent me
Btw love the video bro
I’m actually curious 🧐 and wondering who would actually go through all this trouble just to do this???
How much to do this on the front screen of a galaxy s10 plus?

Knowing that A grade phones usually go for 40$ more then C grade phones you do the math when you gotta refurbish a 1000 phones every month

I think you are referring to the oleophobic coating. This should be added after the polishing like in the video then it will be back to normal.
Great job
Can I please send my phone to you guys to get the scratches out of?
What should I do if I dropped my iPhone 13 mini and there’s a small scratch on the edge?
