honestly thinking about it now I don't know why mattel hasn't made these dudes into hot wheels, they would be absolutely perfect for it, besides they made cars based off of he man and other vehicles from different shows, there's so much potential and a great opportunity

A great extensive review of this toyline. Awesome video Mike. This was one of my favorite cartoons in the 80's with perhaps the best intro song of any cartoon ever. I never had any of the toys as a kid. I don't even remember ever seeing them in stores and I hear they are a pain to collect so I'm not even going bother trying. I did buy their 3D files on cults3D and so far I printed everything except the 2 walkers. Still not painted them up yet. This is one toyline that deserves a modern reboot. Here's looking at you Ramen toys.
@@nopenope5598 Well the files are all unsupported and differ in scale so I hope you are better skilled than me. (total 3D printing newb here) But the end result is really amazing.
I loved these toys/ cartoon… they weren’t expensive at the store and had a lot of replay ability because they came apart. As an extra, my nickname was already Jase…. Fun stuff!!!
I didn't think I'd ever remember what this line of toys was called lol. I distinctly remember having that base station when I was just like 5 or 6. I believe I probably used to chew on the little brain guys. I swear I remember my mom buying these from Dollar General. I think I had both of the Walkers as well.. definitely remember the black one with the face on it. The design of the white one rings a bell as well. I believe the box art showed these two walkers battling on hind legs lol.
I don't remember this toyline but I would've loved it. I recently found an incomplete but working trailblazer for $10 and it's got my interested in collecting this line.
Probably about 10years ago, I was picking up figures to scale with M.A.S.K. and that lineup/explanation at 2:29 would've saved be quite some time had I'd been made aware of it then.
I remember being extremely disappointed when this toy line came out. if I knew how, I would have become a toy designer. So many shows toy offerings were lack luster. As an adult thanks to 3d printing and kit bashing, I can do it all now.
I remember seeing some wheeled Warriors in a Toy shop back in the eigties and being really excited but then actually looking at the toy and thinking where is Jayce where is Gillian etc. And then the toys action features seemed lame to me, I wanted Saw Bosse's Saw to do what it did on the show, u know extend out onto the floor and fuc shit up with the spinning Blade. I mean what am I supposed to do with the Saw stuck up in the air like that.

Got these for Christmas as kid. Customizing The vehicles was the best part.

This line is a fun toy line and the show does have a great family dynamic stroyline

They do make Hot Wheels about this size and would be a fun line to collect

My brother and I had the first one and Sawboss when we were little. Growing up, I don't think either of us knew there was a cartoon. 😂

Great review mike.jayce wheeled warriors need to be made again in toy form that size would be ok and give us accurate figures to the show.

I loved watching the beginning of the show for the awesome opening theme song, but then I didn't care for the actual show itself.
Some of it can be repetitive but still fun and yes the music enhanced the experience. Even the outro is awesome

The monster mind vehicles are so much cooler. I wish they had made or Skelton would make the good guys spaceship.

Yep we sure did have those limitations back then maybe budget or technology but we lived with it
