Another thing I love about the Gyaru style is that a lot of the makeup and fashion is based on the opposites of beauty standards in Japan. Giant eyeliner and bold makeup, tan skin, maximalist loud clothes ect ect. It's such a wonderful subgenre and interesting part of Japanese culture and I would love to see you do more of these styles! =)
Thank you for sharing this! I’m so glad I got a chance to look into Gyaru culture because I’ve learned a lot about Japan’s socioeconomic norms and how this style and culture is a form of rebellion against it! Funnily enough I learned something new just from doing some nails😭
My pinky was also the same way. It was a combo of a cheap primer that burned my nail plate and dirty tools (chop shop) it took a year for my nail to grow back. Cutting it down and making sure it’s not exposed to a lot of moisture has been my go to and cleaning it with alcohol
Full watch these are so cute! I love the 3d flower and the charms just brought everything together. Yes ive ordered from aliexpress and they have a lot of charms that you can’t find on amazon and temu. Tysmfs! Thank you for the drawing tips too! I cannot draw so i def need the help
I'm glad your pinky nail will be healing pretty soon💗 And I agree with Pinterest; the sets used to be very outdated, its definitely improved for sure. Kid me is living for this set! I loved the Gyaru aesthetic so much. Very creative!
Hi new sub here🎉, I love this set and your application, so beautiful even before filing😍 I also agree about the drill bits, I only do gel products and I think the ceramic bits are much better. Beautiful set
Fun fact about gyaru: it’s mostly inspired by Californians (which explains the tan skin, (bleached) blonde hair and beach theme stuff). It exists because they’re tired of their beauty standards over there
I typically use lotsss of inspiration from sets that I see other nail techs do! When you first start doing freestyles, studying the work of others and building on your own creativity is the way to go!🫶🏼
@@nailsbycyy brilliant idea 💡 when I started in ‘91 I just went with my creative juices 😂❤ to this day I have remained the same… but I will try looking at earlier nail styles too. Love your work and you too ❤❤❤❤
@@nailsbycyy okay great 👍, I love your work and just your confidence with being able to present your work ! Keep going and I hope your nail recovery journey is smooth. Have you tried rosemary oil it’s also used to get rid of fungus.
Hello love! New friend to your channel from southeast Kentucky! I love getting to chat with and make new forever friends here on UA-cam and I hope we can chat sometime. I hope to get back to doing my videos once again soon and have been doing vids my channel for a few years now. I sadly had to take a break from doing vids to fight stage 2 triple negative breast cancer from 2020-2022 and missed doing vids so much but now I’m gratefully in remission and pray I never see cancer again, so now that I’m starting to look and feel more like myself again I want to get back to doing my beauty vids Plus I want to add doing nail vids too. I lost all my pretty hair, lashes and brows and looked so sickly and didn’t want anyone to see me so sick which is why I had to take my break. Anyway I truly enjoyed your video and I can’t wait to get caught up on your other vids. Hope to connect with you and anyone else wanting a sweet friend from Kentucky and chat with you soon! I hope to see you over on my channel soon which is this channel that’s a beauty channel as well as my new channel I made recently for my love of dolls, dollhouses, junk journaling, arts & crafts, our pets, vintage things and just a mix of many things that me, my daughter and my mother love and enjoy doing. Sending hugs, love & channel support your way!! youtube.com/@MyHeartsDesire78?si=Aukg25zz5s6PUM55
Have you tried using Dr Schols Nail fungus, Fungicure or kerasal nail fungus treatment along with you tea tree oil. You should be able to pick these products up at any drug store Walgreens, Walmart or CVS
hey boo my pinky nail broke back in december due to lifting and weakness and it looked the same as yours. i left that nail ALONE for 3 months and did the rest of my nails so i wouldn’t prolong the process of it healing and it’s back to normal nowwww. tea tree oil is good but i would add cuticle oil too it to everyday and have it covered with bandage so it won’t get infected ❤

Thank you!💖 I’m hoping Pinterest keeps this up bc I’m loving all of the inspo!🤭
i love those designs of nails!
for your pinky, try kerasil. I lost 1/3 of my nail from paronychia in 2022 & it grew back after 6 months, it was a lifesaver
I looooved this set so much!
I love this set. It’s so fun
Super cute nails 💅🏼 love it 💕💗💗😘
Hi new sub here🎉, I love this set and your application, so beautiful even before filing😍 I also agree about the drill bits, I only do gel products and I think the ceramic bits are much better. Beautiful set
I purchase it from Temo. I love the nail supplies. They have a ton. And it is definitely affordable.
these came out so beautiful wow
Thank you for the mention super amazing video btw ! ❤️
You’re welcome!🫶🏼
Fun fact about gyaru: it’s mostly inspired by Californians (which explains the tan skin, (bleached) blonde hair and beach theme stuff). It exists because they’re tired of their beauty standards over there
Interestingggg! I was on Pinterest and a lot of people referred to it as “surf style” so that makes a lot of sense!
@@nailsbycyy another fun fact is that they have a male version of gyaru. They’re called “gyaruo”
Gurl you inspire me to do my own nails!!!!!
Beautiful set🤎
What do you use for the brainstorm for your set? I’ve been trying to figure it out for a while now!!

Can you do 3D jelly nails?
I have a question. where did you get your mini uv light?
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I hope I didn't offend you when I asked about your pinky. I was just wondering because I am new to the Channel ❤
Oh no ofc not! Ik it’s out of genuine concern and I don’t talk about it much🥲, you’re totally ok!🫶🏼

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Maybe you should see a doctor about it. They can give you a topical that will get rid of the fungus.
Have you tried using Dr Schols Nail fungus, Fungicure or kerasal nail fungus treatment along with you tea tree oil. You should be able to pick these products up at any drug store Walgreens, Walmart or CVS
No I haven’t but maybe I’ll look into it! I’ve tried other drugstore nail fungus treatments in the past but they never seemed to work🥲
I saw some suplement treatment’s but I just suggested the topical meds I hope you find a solution ❤
Why not just don’t include the pinky email and the design
THIS SET IS SOO CUTE OMG😍🌺girl u did that!! & shein has a lot of cute nail charms for cheap too!
