I really hope you guys enjoy this one! I worked pretty hard on it and am super proud of the outcome🤭 Can’t wait to see you guys in my next video, I love you all!💖 BTW: I finished at 10PM; this nail set took me about 5 hours😭
I reallyyyy like these, so pretty!!! Before the charms I was reminded of Lisa Frank! Maybe you can do Lisa Frank inspired freestyle in the future, you’d eat that up!! 💖
Girl I love the chrome powder you picked. It is what gravitated me towards the video❤❤❤. These nails are absolutely bomb. Your creativity is definitely top tier!
This step by step process gives me motivation todo this myself as a new nail tech in Virginia. Gorgeous outcome, nice technique. Really like the trial error…as I now say “Design Changes” on your work.
Certainly a unique style , love all the different layers and textures, think the chrome worked really well..I like the pointer and pinky best but will only give you a 8.5/10 mainly cause of the yellow heart but overall love them, (it takes me 5 hrs for a basic set lol) ❤
I’m not being rude by any means… do you do all of that work and just throw them away? I can’t imagine doing that much work and not wearing them lol. Btw you always do a fantastic job❤
You said that you mixed your nude acrylic powder with pink gel polish to get the pink acrylic... How does that work? Also, I noticed you brush the monomer down the whole clear nail before covering it with the clear acrylic.. What's the reason for that? I'm a beginner and everytime I try acrylic I feel like I get worse than the time before so I'm very discouraged and just looking for tips.. I want to learn so bad but it's just not working out for me. 😢
Hey Erica what she meant was she added pink gel polish into her monomer to add that pink color to the nude powder she’s using as far as wetting the nail with monomer it helps the acrylic to lay smoother as well as polymerize quicker I always suggest wetting especially before capping with the clear as it helps to keep out air bubbles from the nail hope this answers your questions luv keep ya head up I suggest using a silicone mat and just practice picking up small medium and large beads until u can do it consistently then you can try what I did if you don’t have a practice mat I printed off some nail templates different shapes and sizes and put it under a clear silicone mat and practiced laying the acrylic the acrylic dries and pops right off the mat good luck hun
@@torischwartz745 thank you so much.. This helps a lot. I didn't realize you could put gel polish in the monomer to change the colors. That's a game changer for real!! Thanks again for taking the time to help me out.. 😊😊
I'm super late but Suzie, nail career education, actually did a video where a scientist studied the monomers in acrylic and gel. He proved that neither sets up properly if you do this "hack" where you put the gel polish in the monomer. Even in clear acrylic powder and then if you put it in a UV/led lamp the light couldn't penetrate to cure the gel. It sucks because it's a nice thought! It would make the colors limitless. But yeah, not safe because of gel allergies and it wouldn't set up properly anyway.😢😢😢
@@dizzyraez0716 Good point 👀 I’ve also seen people mix regular air-dry nail polish with monomer before gel popped off… I wonder if it sets better the “old fashioned way” lol 🤔
I'm confused.. I know I'm late but did you mix the gel polish into the acrylic monomer? I thought that's what you said? And anyone reading my comment yes, I know that if you do that then there's no way for the feel to fully cure or the acrylic to set up properly so I'm asking just how she did it.😊❤

try polygel ! way more forgiving than acrylic. try makartt or beetles ! super inexpensive as well!
