I would like it to be more detailed than the average site plan and was wondering if creating a structural sheet along with the site plan and the architecture sheet is too much information? Will I be asked to be as detailed as is expected in a structural sheet done by an engineer?

Straight away you lose any young people who don't know what that word means. second "envelope" another word that needs explaining in context. I lecture teenagers and they are learning a whole new language when it comes to building, I have to explain this language to them as well. otherwise I lose them.
