Believe me it all gets better by the days.. I was diagnosed 2 weeks back and immediately started medicine the next day ..oral steroids and antibiotics for 10 days and got better and improved every other day and almost cured in 10 days…
Very important to have faith and not take much stress because it will lead to more inflammation… Try calming yourself and relax and don’t read or see much about it…It all comes down to the approach and less stress…just keep breathing deep and relax❤

My mother in law recently got this bells palsy and i am doing her face massage regularly but there is no progress and no recovery. Ringing Sound means Tinitus due to vascular loop. It can happen due to Vertigo also. You should do an MRI of brain
