About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

Ironically, Babu was the one of the few people Jerry truly cared about lol
Never thought about that but it's true!!!
Never befriend a guy like Babu. He blames others for his failures
@@goldenstatewarriors4011 Yeah be friends with Kramer, who will mooch off you

The restaurant was his fault, but the visa application form was Elaine's fault.
True. It was Elaine's fault and indirectly George's fault. Not Jerry's fault. The restaurant actually would've been a huge success, but he probably didn't know how to market it. The niche idea was really good.
Well - he moved to India, became a rich gynecologist and had a child that worked at Cal Tech as an astrophysicist
LOL, One of the best comments…
Isn't he Pakistani?
@@truthseeking6611 it's a big bang theory reference

Babu has an epic finger wag. It even comes in different speeds and levels of aggressiveness!
he stole it from Mutombo lol
Amazingly, about 10 years ago, my brother frequented a cafe in North London, which was often empty, and he convinced the cafe owner to change to Thai food, change the tables and layout, and move away from ordinary local food. It was a roaring success. A great move, but not for my brother who could never get a seat there after that.
Hey, what can I tell your brother, but that's a shame.
Hell your bro should always have a seat reserved for him if his suggestion resulted in turning the place around. That deserves VIP status.
@@mikeg1378 Actually, the area is Gant's Hill, and shortly after that he moved house to Walthamstow. But he always boasts to this day how he turned things around.
You brother is a very kind man, very kind. So thoughtful and kind. He is very special man, and very kind!
@@briangiven7399 Well, he thinks so!
The restaurant didn't have any customers before rebranding. How can it be Jerry's fault
It is easy to overlook the potential costs to change the cafe to an all Pakistani restaurant. He may be blaming him for those losses.
That wasnt the problem. It was they didnt care what happened to him due to things that were there fault.
@@mlpfanboy1701But none of it was their fault, his restaurant was a failure with or without them. The visa thing was because the mailman was incompetent
Babu borrowed more money to rebrand the restaurant.
Jist that the Pakistani restaurant brought him triggers
Anytime Jerry says "Babu" it makes me laugh every time. 🤣 Babu was definitely one of my favorite side characters. 💯
That finger wagging is iconic.
I love how Jerry immediately throws Elaine under the bus... "Well what about her?!"
That's the idea. They are not good people. That ending was justified.
But she got the wheels rolling.
Babu was one of the people that Jerry actually tried to help and felt bad about, it was Elaine and George who were the main culprits and didn't care.
Newman put the letter in the wrong mail box.
Babu was a brilliant character, just loved his whole deal.
The actor who played Babu said in an interview that when shooting the finale that Jerry came up to him with a smile and said "It's all you, man." Because it would be his testimony that sealed the deal on their fate.
I have the last episode recorded on VHS from the night it aired. But no VCR to play it!!
@@vicstanfieldshire7754 i bought a vcr for 10 bucks in a thrift store works great
He played Valentino rosardi character on the 3rd cannonball movie installment as well

He also more recently played rojesh's dad on some episodes of the classic now more recent television show, the big bang theory
Ooh no wonder Rajesh dad looked familiar. He deserves more roles. He is pretty pretty good..
"Where is Babu?"
"What happened to Babu?"
"Show me Babu!"
‘’There is no Babu!”
“Snapple?”
“No. Too fruity.”

Yeah : the title was misleading.
I thought it was going to be about what supposedly happened to babu afterwards.
Not how it got there
Anyone else who watched the episodes of the show would more likely know this
I do not see Babu!
Babus brother was hilarious 😂
He was too fruity
I love with his brother they remembered Babu’s rant about how “there are no people”, culminating in, “Then where is Babu? What happened to Babu?! SHOW ME BABU!”. Such a great attention to detail.
I like how the actor became a known voice actor.
I guess the wheels were in motion for him.
Babu: I kill you!
Jerry: Well, what about her? 😅😅
Sounds like my boyfriend during a robbery
@@mtio2807 😅😅😅
YOU BAD MAN YOU VARY VARY BAD MAN YOU VARY LAZY BAD MAN!!!!!
Babu's first restaurant didn't have any customers either. Maybe it wasn't Jerry that's the problem.
This was 100% written by Larry David 😂
9:59 Babu's speech in the finale was brilliant.
The steamy hot towel got me 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
As funny as Babu is, and given how many lives Jerry did without question make worse, I honestly don't think Jerry is to blame here. Babu's business was already failing with nobody around, Jerry being the one consistent customer he got. Jerry's suggestion (Self-centered motive as it was) didn't fix the situation, but it didn't remove customers from the place either. He was gonna fail with or without the changes he chose to make off Jerry's suggestion.
Then the visa. Jerry wasn't involved with that, he was out of town. The mailman is the one who screwed up there, and apparently they never bothered to mail Babu any update or warning about the visa after that fact. George is the one who screwed up and cost the lawyer when Jerry did actually try to fix the siuation.
Hey congratulations, you figured out it doesn't make any sense. Nothing in that entire episode made any sense and was a terrible way for the show to go out. It's like they forgot that most of the things that happened weren't even in their control and they rarely, if ever, did anything malicious to anyone, it was just bizarre coincidence. A lot of the people they "screwed over" were even worse than they were.
dude wasn't that the point of the episode. its a sitcom episode, its supposed to be random as long as its funny. dont look for logic in it
I still blame Jerry 🤣 purely because at the very end, they realise they would love to eat at a place that serves food to everyone's taste. Babu should have held on a little longer. It would have become a regular dinner place for them.Even if the 4 friends didn't know it yet.
Yeah I agree. Baby got screwed by other things and just blamed Jerry for it all.
Whereas, usually, the people blaming one of the gang for their misfortune are right to.
Sir, this is a Costco
Love Brian I’m glad I’ve had the pleasure of meeting him and getting his autograph he so funny and down to earth
Whats his name?
As an immigrant, I understand the struggle. Thankfully, most processes are done online now. Back in the day I used to be anxious waiting for the mailman to bring my immigration stuff. I was illegal for 24 hours because my work permit had expired on a Wednesday and the post office didn't deliver my renewal until Friday. I ducking stayed home and called out sick. Not taking chances. Now that I'm a citizen...pizza tastes better.
Send me a visa 😇
sure harddick, u will be a riot in america.

I feel like this statement needs to end with the Seinfeld bass guitar
I love how Babu walks with his toes pointed so far out
Walks like a duck
Like Charlie Chaplin 😂
Hahaha 🤣 and don't forget his GIANT finger!!!!
Babu was classic 😃👏 best ever
The finger wag takes me out every time.😂😂😂
Honestly Jerry did a lot for Babu and he perfectly established that he was by no means in the restaurant business. Still Babu blames him for everything
I actually like the ending of Seinfeld. I loved the characters, but they were awful people. Not in a malicious way, they simply cared about no one and actually caused harm to others. The ending is telling us: “You enjoyed watching us for nine years, and we appreciate it, but don’t try to be like us!”
what gives you the impression that they cared not about others? in fact, in this very clip jerry attends babu's restaurant in effort to give it some business -and he further goes on to make what he believes are helpful suggestions to improve babu's life.
Like we needed to be taught a moral lesson! A terrible, terrible ending to a great show! Also, the last 2 seasons pretty much sucked.
@@Anthony-hu3rj the last two seasons are solid
@@Stevenirons Lmfao 😂🤣😂 Exactamundo. U just can't pleased everybody. Some of my favourite episodes is In the last season.
True, the last seasons were awesome, like the rest.

Larry & jerry knew something not a single modern film or series producer seems to grasp. when you have a good series or film, you leave them when they want more, you NEVER risk sticking around long enough to become resented, or boring, or repetitive. the wire nearly got it right, but they took a couple too many bites of the apple, but atleast had the good sense to put it down. seinfeld was dropped when most fans were screaming for more, and 30yrs later , people still love it. i used to watch 2 shows with my dad on TV every week, star trek TNG, and Seinfeld, and here i am watching seinfeld on youtube decades later.
Whatever happened to Babu? He became Raj's dad on "Big Bang Theory!" :-)
yep Apparently immigrated to India and became a successful gynaecologist in New Delhi! and made enough money to send his two children to America!
We should be thankful to Jerry as if not for him , Babu would still be struggling in the US and never have the opportunity to finish Medical school in a place where he would afford college education
I thought he and Alice Amter were wonderful on BBT.
Gordon Ramsey would have the exact same advice today.
The restaurant failure wasn't Jerry's fault at all. It was originally failing babu took a chance and it still failed, so he wanted someone to blame
When I'm a pedestrian trying to cross the street and have the right of way, and someone in a car doesn't want to let me cross, I give that Babu finger wave.
Babu Butt is one the most authentic Pakistani character I have seen on a foreign series I have seen.
really?
@@grawakendream8980Just search for Babu Butt and see how many Pakistani profiles you get. Butt is a northern tribe and Babu means someone who's either living abroad or is under the employment of Westerners (British Raj legacy).
I'm Pakistani and have traveled all over the country. Brian George had me, I really thought he was Pakistani.
The bloopers ..... can't stop remembering them haha
Not everything in show was necessarily their fault. Many of the people they came across were like Psychopaths. Babus mail going to the wrong address was clearly not their fault
He said the wheels were in motion. But there was no motion 😆
a good pakistani restaurant would do very well in NYC
Pakistani cuisine is very different from traditional Indian, it a mix of central Asian, indan , and Middle Eastern with its own twist.
@@hamzaghazi Doesn't matter it does well in diverse integrated cities. I live in Sacramento in Northern California and there are 6, yes 6 Pakistani restaurants here and they're doing fine.
Isn’t Pakistani food just Indian food
@@neilvarghese6115 nope, that a very big misconception. It's similar and uses similar spices but it has more meat dishes and a mix of both Indian and Middle Eastern.

lol "they are very bad very, very very bad" My sides are hurting from laughing so much.
The thing about Babu here is that I felt he unfairly blamed Jerry for most of his misfortunes. While Jerry offered advice that didn't prova helpful, it wasn't like Babu HAD to follow that advice. In fact, its kind of asinine to take a random customer's suggestions to heart, as they most likely will have no clue of how the restaurantbusiness works.
The visa misunderstanding was very unfortunate, but I'd say it was more Elaine's fault than Jerry's.
Don't forget that they had the lawyer who was dating George to help but unfortunately George had to reveal that he lied to her about Jerry not being funny to make himself look good and because of that bailed on them with resulted in babu getting deported
@@FOXZILLA5734 and Elaine was gonna get reamed in court for running into Chinese food delivery guy. Triple-Whammy!
It's actually very much in sync with how Seinfeld eps are. It's not about anyone being wrong or right,it's about how their actions are interpreted. Another example (spoilers ofc) is when Jerry buys a fantastic Cadillac for his dad with no other intention but to make him happy. This sets off a chain of events that eventually lead to his dad having to leave his condo. 😂
@@sagarsaxena6318 the only reason that happened was because of nothing more than petty jealousy and also funny part is that if this was a legenamite investigation all signs point to Jerry buying the car but the old people don't really do an actual investigation and denied actual evidence because they don't find him funny because of that one episode when he went to visit his parents with Elaine lol
The crazy thing is that Pakistani food looked really good. I bet if he kept at it and got the word out people would've come.
So relatable. When I applied for EAD, I provided my current address. Would USCIS send the EAD to my address? Nope. They don't do that here. They sent it to my old address 5 states away. Fortunately, I had set up an address forwarding. Otherwise, who knows. I could have been deported like Babu.

It was actually true to life the guy was playing a Muslim
Was never a fan of what happened with babu because this all came from a misunderstanding and Jerry actually did try to help him and if it wasn't for George's stupid stunt everything would have turned out fine
Not George's fault at all. George knows he has no material and he would lose the girl to Jerry and he was right. Jerry even slept with Nina. George has to do whatever it takes to keep a girl even writing Cliff notes on his palm if he has to.
