Paul Rodgers is the GOAT. Still sounds as good today as he did in the 70's and one of the coolest down to earth dudes in the industry. One of my all-time favorite songs.

I listened to this song over and over in the 70s. I haven’t listened to it in a long time. Seeing you react to it brings back a lot of great memories and times. It’s great to see younger folks listening to Bad Company!!

Because they would rather induct artists who have nothing to do with Rock and Roll.
This is from their first album, released in 1974. It also has “Bad Company”, “Ready For Love”, “Can’t Get Enough” and “Don’t Let Me Down” among others. I remember this coming out when I was in high school, and practically wearing out my 8-track because all the songs were so good. They’re still holding up 50 years later! ❤️

YES! The Way I Choose is a musical masterpiece, yet you hear so little about it. Don't Let Me Down is a close second. My two favorite Bad Co. songs.

Hey Asia and BJ, thanks for playing this awesome song by Bad Company. Saw the Paul Rogers band a few years ago and they did this sounding much like the original version and Paul Rogers voice hadn’t changed since the Bad Company days!

There were a lot of great bands before Bad Company, and I have certainly wanted to buy pretty much every one of their albums/CD's, but Bad Company was the first. I had to have everything. I am always surprised at how little acclaim they get. Oh, people know and love them, but not enough people speak of them the way you do. Thanks for that deeper dive. There are so many more.
Paul Rodgers wrote this song when he was on the beach, he saw a seagull flying by and he wanted to recreate the feeling of that moment. Hence the light breezy guitar, no drums or bass, relaxing feel.
Great song by one of my favorite singers. Another wonderful song is When the Eagle Flies by Traffic, different message but also haunting. Great reaction 👍👍👍

Of all the Bad Company songs that I like this one is (for me) the most emotional 🥹 Even when I first heard it in 1986 I was 18 years old! Absolutely hit then and still to this day!
This is a very overlooked song. So good!! Many radio stations tended to wear out the more popular hits but miss out on some great treasures. Glad you reacted to it.❤

Also, if you are looking for another excellent song that captures the same feeling of seeing life through the eyes of an animal, then "When Eagles Fly" by Sammy Hagar. As fantastic as this one is, that song is a whole nother level. IMO

One of the very best rock vocalists ever and as adept on acoustic or electric guitar, he can play anything and has on album (On solo classic Cut Loose, he plays everything, vocals, guitars, bass, keyboards, drums). One of my favorite songs. I tend to gravitate to songs about birds. This one, O by Coldplay, Freebird by LZ and Hummingbird by Seals & Croft.
Another great is When the Eagle Flies by Traffic.
My little brother wants this played at his funeral, I'm 10yrs older than him he'll probably out live me 😮😮,this man has such a smooth rock voice and I could listen to him all day. Paul was also the front man singer of the band FREE😊😊❤❤
