Millions of dollars worth of supercars from years past to present on an icy/snowy surface!!! Never would have imagined this was a thing. FANTASTIC video. Would have been cool as hell to witness this in person!
@@KitKitChanIsaac The D-Type driver looked to be one of the few who actually knows how to drive in snow! Having a couple big American sedans running as fast or faster than these sports cars is hilarious!
I knew what most of these car were except for the, Fiat Abarth OT 2000 Periscopio. The list of cars in the description is very helpful. I hope to go to this event some day. I've been to Zermatt Switzerland in Aug 1990 but we didn't see anything like this. Thanks.
Oooh! A Cisitalia D46!!! Its light weight enabled it to go very well on snow, it seems! And I'm so happy to see that Alfa Romeo P3 chassis# 50006 is out and about, not locked up somewhere (having been sold at an auction a few years back). And because the P3 is my absolute favourite car, I'd like to see more of that car, hopefully the owner would race it more somewhere. And that Maserati 4CL, though the snow chains flailing around scare me a bit for some reason... Plus that Ferrari 246 F1 and the 250F, and the man in the Jaguar XKSS... _not to mention the Ferrari 250 GTO playing in the snow as well..._
I grew up in the ice and snow and ice racing with motorcycles, snowmobiles and cars was very popular. Also, the Volkswagen Beetle was a popular winter car because the engine was above the drive wheels and they were good in the snow.
FYI: The Mercury XR7 convertible at 4:32 is the same car that George Lazenby used in the Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The Dune buggy at 8:40 is from the original "Thomas Crown Affair". I wouldn't be at all surprised if the purple Countach LP400 is the only one in the world. Thanks.
This is mental 😳🤯 that's what we actually want to see 😍 thanks for recording Bozzy 😎 Countach sideways in the snow ... In white 😎🤯 I have to attend this next year !
Wow Awesome Gathering of Vintage Race Cars the that made my JAW the most beautiful car ever The Jaguar XKSS, and Steve McQueen owned and Raced Steve McQueen down Mullholland Drive. His car is on display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles California, and I have 360VR interactive footage of it. Spectacular Setting in the Snow 👦🏻👍🏻🏞🏔🏁🏎
An incredible crazy-money collection of cars for sure - but the testarossa spider brought most joy to my mind. 0:29 Anyone having flashbacks shoving big coins into a sitdown outrun arcade machine? 🙂
One of the most bizarre, yet coolest car events I have seen
Literally *cool*
Yep.

Lets have a round of applause for the D Type absolutely full sending.
Absolute chad for sending that priceless classic car into a snow dorifto
Slammin'
That was an XKSS, basically a de-tuned roadgoing version of the D Type.
Looks like the winter ski retreat for S.P.E.C.T.R.E. and yes I'm loving every second of seeing these cars out in the snow.
Spectre? S.E.C.T.R.E! you surprise me Mr Bond. Classic man you nailed it
4:29 "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" - God, his wife was a real dream
Can’t say I ever expected to see a 250 gto, gullwing, d type, or zonda barchetta playing in the snow
100% Agreed :)
Nothing like priceless historic race cars and GT cars sliding on the ice. Thanks for covering and uploading this event!
Its better this way cuz replacing their tyres in this timeline would be a huge problem
Trust me they ain’t priceless , put them in a bonhams auction and I’ll bet you anything they ain’t priceless
0:31 Horacio Pagani just casually walking by on the right, I had the privilege to meet him yesterday near the two Zonda
I never imagined Zondas being driven quietly. How peaceful.
if only bikers could take this advice
@@TheMadYetti true lol
@@TheMadYetti why would they lol
Wasn't as brave as someone with a more expensive car. The older cars are what $15-$60 Million a piece?
@@ksawiprod9140 Because they suck.
The guys in the old open wheeled racers were clearly having the most fun that day.

The Ferrari 250 Cop Car too?? So many priceless gems having fun in the snow. The D -Type drifting was so sick too!
I am amazed to see a 50 Million € Ferrari drive in snow :)
The D-Type be driftin' though xD
Like a sir there

It is actually an XKSS, basically a road going, more docile version (that is, if you can call it docile)
What a huge collection of precious oldies! And some the owners even have the skills to drive them adequately! Thanks for 13 great minutes!
Like someone opened my 55 year old matchbox collection and put them on ice! Awesome! Just like I learned to drive in Michigan snow.

this is awesome, more classic car shows need do something like this
5:56 Very nice. Even had the James Bond license plate!
When a person goes sideways on snow in a white Coutach....they're arguably the coolest Man ever.
Unbelievable !
It is like the Cannonball run from the twilight zone
thumbs up for te Jag driver 6:33 !
the Zonda driver didn't know what he was doing there
Great to have the car names in the subtitles.
respect for people bringing cars like that out here
I love it just what all these cars need a good thrashing around an ice track.Truly awesome. Thanks
Nice to see the FJ45 Corniche here, and also I loved the ICEBULANCE

904, Miura plus some lovely Maserati types 👍🏼 The guy drifting with the D-type 😎
That's some proper horses on the track
So much better than war!
Cold starts and carbs. What a mix 🥰
5:38 Horacio . . .😉
A beautiful collection of wonderful antiques . . .👍
Awesome. Now I'm going to watch the 2019 event with a Ferrari F50 drifting in the snow while bouncing off the rev limiter!
I've been waiting for something like that my whole life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:))))))))))))))))
The amount of Maserati's at that event was great!
P.S.: The dudes in that funky Fiat 500 had the time of their life
The dude in the 500 is an ex rally champion! 😂

I wonder if they just went 'Yeah, let's take some priceless classics and hyper cars and chuck them around in the snow. It should be fun..."
This is how we should drive supercars
Emozionante... grazie.
That was awesome! The lifted Rolls was over the top.
Some of the cars paint was so shiny that it looked like glass

It was a good day, also could meet Mr Ruf just walking around

Super, dass du die Marken der Autos hin schreibst. Danke.
Nem parece que é real, carros ultra raros, que só se vê em jogos como forza e gran turismo, isso tudo reunido na neve, é coisa de outro mundo 🔥

This is a perfect car event
The big ol' Cougar just floating along like it's on a dry tarmac freeway,,,...
Probably the best car event ever. I was there.
These guys are crazy, cool
The cars must be happy to exercise in cool weather with no strain on the joints. Fun for the cars and for the driver.
Uhh yeah...freezing temps...when everything gets brittle
Brings back memories of growing up on a lake in Maine. We’d drive anything that would run on the lake. 100 mph on glare ice is a rush!
Ok, now this is what i call fun
Love it. Wish I could afford to not worry
Wow this is so pretty!
