No, I don’t like the soft silicon/gel/gummy grips. Most ergonomic pens/pencils/fountain pens I have and like it are the Faber Castell Grip 2011 0,7 mm mechanical pencil and the TWSBI Eco. They are a bit more ergonomics, but with hard and durable grips design.
I use ergonomic pencils. I have a DEMON GRIP and it creates blisters on my fingers because of the way I write, or the kind of pencil, and the way I hold it. In that part of my finger where the blister formed,it is abnormally squishy and I can’t feel anything. and also just a question, do you have anything for lefty’s? it would really help :D

I personally have the Uni Alpha Gel Kuru Toga. IT'S THE BEST MECHANICAL PENCIL I HAVE EVER USED. The grip is soo squishy, I can use the Kuru Toga for hours on end and my hand is still ready to write more. 10/10 recommend

If you're like me and have poor hand posture and a death grip because of weak hands (and carpal and cubital tunnel), I recommend the Pentel Quicker Clicker and the Pentel Side FX! Both have a side click for extending the lead, and the Side FX has a twisting eraser. The side click helps so you don't have to move your hand and have to re-adjust.
I have the Uni Alpha Gel Slim in turquoise, and it looks so beautiful! It also has the softest grip, I swear. Super squishy and comfy, perfect for long writing/drawing sessions.

I like the FitCurve with the weight being more towards the tip than at the barrel end. I find these most comfortable. I'm curious about the Yo-i Pencil Grip Aid; it would be a great thing to have, especially in more conservative colors, to use with my very beautiful Blackwing pencils. I wouldn't mind owning several of the Jumbo Learner's Pencil, if for nothing else than the nostalgia; it takes me back to when I was a grade school student, my most carefree years!

The grip on the shaker version is too soft in my opinion but I know that many people who like taking other people's pencils out of their hands to squish prefer the softness. Although I have found that using the Uni alpha gel after a while, the grip gets softer. The spinning of the lead is also a huge plus for me. I hate when led gets sharpen down into a point!
May I very gently recommend you adjust the way you hold your pen? It would be more comfortable for you in the long term as well. After all, this is one of the things we're able to change about ourselves. Good luck! :)

The lead will only extend with a quick jerking motion; it doesn't extend with gentle or gradual movements.
