Carp fishing without a fishing licence in Austria

Our Second day we spent it on the Carp lake,we were exhausted, but still we gave our best to increase the chances to catch the carps which had more interest of making love than eating. The weather was great, the air was fresh, and the experience was amasing. Respect for the owners for creating a place like this, and thank you for making for us fisherman possible to gather experiences like this.

This is amazing information for me as a foreiner living Austria. Is there species which I can catch with spinning?

On their private lake it's allowed the spinning method, they have Catfish and Pike in it, but its quite pricey for a day.
