It really shrinks down a lot. After the 2 weeks can you pressure can the sauerkraut? Thank you Evita 🙏❤️🙏
Blessings Linda, I've never had to can it because we go through it very quickly. I do however vacuum seal it in 2 cup bags with the liquid and keep it in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness. Maybe next time I make it I will show how I bag it for refrigeration. Thanks for the support as always my friend. GBY
