I have been golfing 9 months and have a 17.9 hcp , at 43 yrs of age. I've been doing this routine for a couple months now before my rounds. It prepares me very well and gets my mind and muscles on the same page. Awesome routine!! #TexasMidAms2020

Wow this is cool to see! His warm up is similar to mine, surprisingly. I start with the high-lofted clubs and swinging easy, and work my way up to full swings with lower-lofted clubs, spending most of my time on the mid and high irons. I enter a cooldown phase where I work my way back down, gradually getting easier. I've always treated it like you do an exercise workout. Cool to see someone of his caliber doing the same sort of thing!

Right now at the farmers insurance open he only made the cut by 1 the cut was -3 he was -4 and he is +1 on the day today, lol he doesent have it anymore he's only -3 for 3 rounds

Nicklaus and palmer happened before I got into golf... Would be amazing to see those records broken. Especially with the field of players he's up against now. Winners can literally come from anywhere

A lot of people say golfing is boring to match but let’s be honest, it’s definitely the hardest sport to play and even perfect. To perfect your drive right down the middle, to iron shots, wedge shots, sand traps, rough, deep rough, going out of bounds, water hazards, putting, downhill, uphill, left or right curve of green. I could go on. Point is, golf is tough to really be good at. Years of training and commitment.

Tiger's routine depends on the course and his game plan going into the day... for example, I was actually at PGA championship last year and he hit 50% less putts and worked heavily on his short game around the greens.. the was not a single chip or bunker shot

For a big hitter he tees the drive down pretty low compared to most of the guys.
Can’t imagine walking 18 holes after all that warm up. Would be looking for a turkey sandwich and cold beer after all that.
All that and that's just before the round. The Hank Haney show on golf channel years ago described Tiger's "normal" day. It was regimented, packed with activities, and intense. Maybe 1000's of balls daily, Not surprising he's had back issues.

Why is he taping his finger?
I'm certainly not Tiger, don't wear a glove, but do tape two fingers. I find that I'll get blisters on those spots if I don't tape them before the range and rounds. The callous is reduced also.
