Fascinating to hear him play on a Yamaha (rare if not only this time), instead of the superb Steinway. His music still bursts through, but something is missing. As he said in one of his concerts, " As long as other people play the other instruments (other than Steinway) I don't care." Chick Correa's bright and percussive and non-romantic style was perfect for Yamaha.
This is an episode of a Spanish program called "Jazz entre Amigos". Each episode was focused on a jazz player, group of special jazz style. They usually mixed tracks from a concert (many produced specifically for the occasion) with talks overs about their life, preferences, etc.. Hopefully you can get the translation, it tells, for example, how Keith is very meticulous with the concerts, not letting other groups to play before his trio during a festival or forcing the cameras that record to be fixed, not to move around the stage.
Now I have to wonder if this is the kind of thing ECM has in their vaults, with better sound and no announcer and they're just waiting for Keith Jarrett to approve its release. I sincerely hope so. Incidentally, I think this is the first time I've heard KJ playing a Gershwin tune ("Fascinating Rhythm"). Edit: Actually he plays a couple of Gershwin tunes on “The Melody at Night, With You” from 1998.

Keith Jarrett is a genius. He somehow transcends the instrument communicates directly to us all.
One shall not speak in the middle of a Song!
Keith doesn't even like people clearing their throats during songs 😂

The introduction to Someday My Prince Will Come sounded like it was going into I Fall In Love Too Easily near the start.

Yes ..a great album for sure!!
Incredible performance, one of their best... but its a shame that Nancy gets cut off so early cuz that one really smokes!

As good as it gets.
❤
Did he shoot the elephant after or before the concert?
Well said ❤
