You don't see these in America anymore. It's just an old fashioned amusement park on the water with lots of fried foods and colorful lights. Everything in the U.S. is bombastic and costs a lot. This really reminds me of being young. It's fantastic.

Hi watched Walker. What a great walk. So much fun love the neon lights. Have not been to southend on sea. For a long time, last time was when l was a punk gothic in my young days. We now go to Clacton-on-Sea a lot. And go on the new pier so many rides and on the new wheel like London eye but smaller. Thank watched Walker for a fun walk and brings colour into my life 👍😁

wow i dont get the crusining part i only saw one car worth watching the rest looked like normal cars, in so .cal crusin and classic cars are such a rich tradition,if you brought these cars to southend ,people would go crazy ,its so far out here,love to see all the neon and peop;e out enjoying themselves,so different than around so. cal, not better or worse just different- thanks so much for this ,love this piece of life.👏😍🇬🇧✅

Lovely light!
If you're a petrol head, this is a popular event. That stretch of road is a 10mp zone for obvious reasons (pedestrians) and you will notice no police, the whole place is covered with camera's and the police check all driver at each end of the festival.

Thanks JP, yes it's very good for how small the camera/sensor is, just imagine what Apple could do if they built an actual camera!
@@WatchedWalker So true WW! For such an small sensor camera (and the iPhone 12 Pro sensor is smaller than the DJI Pocket 2) its mind blowing how much they got out of it with the help of computational power. Especially the dynamic range. I really hope they can fix the lens flare issue which plagued the last 3-4 generations of iPhones. If they can fix it with iPhone 13, I will definitely get one.
All the litter and refuse and car revving is disgusting.
The place is so much better at 6am before all the day trippers and trash arrive 👍

Car cruising, you having a laugh...car cruising in the 80's was so much better unlike now which is just youngster's in big engine cars...from peter pans to the kursal was the car cruising area and parked up on the beach side, cars that had been modified to hot rods etc and lit up underneath, crazy hand painted designs on the cars bodies...those were the car cruising days unlike nowadays ...
