I get up every morning at 5 am and go on a walk for 1 hr - 1 hr 1/2.
Hey man! That is incredible. I am struggling to get below 17% body fat. It’s coming off very slow and I have gained the past few weeks due to a vacation. I was just wondering, do you have trouble sleeping after this? As in does it wake you up and keep you energized to walk this late? Because I really want to try it!
My sleep was nominally affected by walking so late that can't be ignored. However, as long as I'm asleep by 10-10:30pm every night, my sleep was great and I always get 7-9 hours every day since I wake up around 6:30-7am. Try walking first thing in the morning if evenings doesn't work or buy a walking pad for $150 off Amazon and walk inside your house while on your computer, social media, or watching TV.
@@AlexKouras Hey Alex! I just wanted to thank you for posting this vid and giving me the inspo I needed to get it done. I just completed my 2nd day of 12,000 steps. My legs are on fire, haha!
Hey hi I work overnights at 8pm to 430am so wat do u recommend for me who can't walk at 9pm ?
Do you also work during the day 9-5pm as well? Believe me, if you check your social media screen time on your phone and it says 1+ hours on it, you can make time to walk 60-90 minutes 7 days per week or even watch videos on your walk, or buy a walking pad and do work from home if you have a home office. We can all make time to prioritize our health. Health should always be put at #1 on our list of priorities. Without it, you can't do anything else in life.
🎉
Yeah some people would rather NOT walk down the street in their neighborhood at 9pm but you do you fr 😂💯
You can always buy a walking pad off Amazon for $130 and walk inside your home while watching a podcast or show, etc. There’s a solution for everything 🙌
Ignoring the fact that you clearly live in an affluent suburb that allows you to safely walk around at night. 12k steps isn’t shit if you aren’t managing your nutrition. No amount of walking will help anyone lose weight that isn’t ready to change their habits in the kitchen. Show me the progress video where your walking saw you lose weight with a 2k caloric excess. Don’t shame people for enjoying their evenings when you aren’t being honest about your approach to weight loss holistically.
I'm sorry but your comment doesn't make any sense. Do you want to be a victim the rest of your life? Then stop making excuses. If it's dangerous outside for you to walk, why don't you buy a $150 walking pad and walk 12,000 steps from inside the comfort of your home while you watch your tv and scroll through social media? If you keep making excuses and continue distracting yourself, you'll live the rest of your life trying to make others feel bad about their success and dwell on your on self-victimization. Let's do better. It starts with our mindset. Be more positive to yourself and others and you'll start to see how much better your life will become.
@@AlexKouras you don’t have to apologize and it does. But don’t be so ignorant to assume that I am speaking from a place of personal perspective. You need to do better. I am doing fine.
Yea im a woman so i cant do this
Do it before sunset. Late afternoon/early evenings are always the best times for walks in my opinion. Safer for women too.
