@@christopherlee9026 Paladin has a lot of control and healing tools, it was just missing a stronger combo condition (and people might argue that Reno Paladin was already a legend capable deck)
So, lets just think ballpark numbers: In terms of minions dying, we have reference of pre-nerf Denathrius where by turn 10 you'd have had like 20-40 things die (While spamming tokens all game). If both players are spamming tokens that could be 40-80 deaths. Without token spam, Reska usually costs 0 by around turn 8-9 meaning 20 total deaths. In terms of played cards it's mostly like 1-2 cards per turn for both players. In terms of cards drawn, fast drawing decks can empty their 30 card decks by turns 7-8 though average decks will still have 15-20 cards left by then. An average game will have this card be playable by turn 10. Decks that draw a ton, or create a bunch of cards to spam out (Like Espionage Rogue or Concierge Druid) could possibly get this card out faster, like turn 7-8.
So ideally Rogue plays this on Turn 3 or 4 while Breakdancing it at least once, thus forcing Blizzard to nerf it to 120. I'm not disregarding your math or anything, it's just that Rogue has evolved far enough to make any card cost 0.
@@ZAYKONN Except if you play your whole deck you can clear the board and make massive minions already, there's no reason to build around this. They made it a reactive card for a reason. Explanation: Druid's Turn 2 costs 18 mana so we need Biology Projects to get Warlock to 5 mana for Commander Ulthok making that 18 mana a Health cost instead of mana cost. Then we also need Coldlight Oracle because starting Hand of Druid is 3 cards + 1 drawn on Turn 1 + 1 drawn on turn 2 but for the combo we need 6 cards. Also Coldlight Oracle is a 2 health minion for Defile. Warlock Casts Commander Ulthok as mentioned above but then he need's to deal at least 5 damage to it so there is enough space for duplicating Patrons therefore we immediately kill it with Coin and Dark Pact. On turn 2 Druid plays 2 Patrons, gives 1 of them to Warlock with Silas Darkmoon and Finishes his turn with 2 1/1 tokens for extra reduction. Warlock then plays Murloc Tinyfin because he can, 2 Elven Archers aiming at Silas so he doesn't block the board space for Patrons and 2 Defiles to mass produce and kill Patrons. Defile to prevent looping indefinitely stops after being cast 14 times. First defile fills the board and takes 2 ticks before kills the 1st Patron so it's a bit weaker than the second Defile. Warlock played 8 cards and coin = 4+coin starting hand, +2 natural draw +2 drawn from Oracle. GG EZ 100 mana card turn 2
Turn 2 Priest Setup: Starting Hand keeps: - Radiant Elemental - Funnel Cake - Shadow Vision - That one Parrot spell from Hunter Turn 1: - Pray you draw the second copy of Radiant or Funnel Cake. Turn 2: - Radiant -> Funnel Cake (It's wild so the enemy definetly has 5 minions on board by now) -> Radiant (or Parrot Spell into 2nd Funnel Cake) -> Shadow Visions Shadow Visions. After 95 Shadow Visions played: Shadow Visions -> Parrot Spell (into TCE) -> 15/15 on Turn 2. Being completely fair, this is alot easier and alot more likely to happen than needing some infinite minion combo that also involves your opponent. You can also try to play Radiant on Turn 1, let it die and then revive it with that 1-mana spell, but that requires the opponent to actually kill your elemental.
Each cycle of turns 2 cards are drawn + about 2 cards drawn by other sources, 4 cards played and, depending on match, 4 +/- 2 minions dies. So cost reduction at the end of your turn is N*(2+2+4+4) if you're second and (N-0.5)*(2+2+4+4) if you're first. I'd say it's turn 8 or 9 on average (haters gon' say it's turn 7 every game).
