@@Storm-1. Yeah, the time for all the races in Hearthstone might be coming. Quillboar, Naga, Undead and Draenei are all technically races. I'd love to see Troll and Troll synergies, too. I'm sure some card(s) we're not thinking about will cause trouble for this. Not sure what yet though

The theme of this expansion is a crazy shift for Hearthstone, it's pretty exciting.
The themes this year remind me of a toddlers crib mobile. Like I'm playing as the baby in Fallout 3

AND something Zeddy forgot to mention is that some cards have Draenei added retroactively including Xyrella, Flame Juggler, Aldor Peacekeeper and others
Imagine if velen could Pull xyrella's hero card
First new tribe since Undead. Quillboar was introduced in Barrens. Naga was introduced in Sunken City. Undead was introduced in March of the Lich King
1. Alredy just from the cards revealed I'm liking this expansion more than the last 3 *combined*
2. The Starship Keyword I feel will be a hit or miss. The concept of playing an enormous boss minion that you slowly build up to has always been fun and the way they did it with you literally "building" it is awesome.
But I do wonder how good its actually going to be due to both the speed of the game and cards that can silence or remove the pieces without destroying them
3. The Draenei becoming a new permanent minion type wasn't something I was expecting, but its appreciated. Especially with the Velen retrain that basically *asks* you to build a deck around them.
4. Nexus-Prince Shaffar is going to be that one card that everybody will try to run just to find ways to break it. I also do appreciate *Spellburst* coming back.
With battlegrounds having such an emphasis on tribes, id expect new tribes to keep rolling out so that they can keep adding content to it.
So far, I am loving the thematic. This is exactly what I've been waiting for. An expansion that is based in Warcraft lore, with characters we have not seen in Hearthstone such as Archimonde. I really hope Kil'Jaden is a legendary in this set. However, it would surprise me if he wasn't.

Also, any minion that summons copies. Like the Quickdraw taunt dudes, or DK's 1/3 taunt spoder dude. You can get multiple Spellbursts created from them.

i think the really important thing wrt draenei synergies is that a bunch of old cards are draenei and some of them are pretty relevant

I really like this art style,better than childish art we got in Whizbangs workshop,also really like new keyword looks fun.
I mean 3 mana 3/2 divine shield into 4 mana 3/4 taunt deathrattle gain 6 armor into 5 mana later in the game to make a 6/6 divine shield taunt that gives you 6 armor again seems decent. Idk if it's worth giving up that slot on the board or risking your opponent copying it or stealing it but seems fun.
Ingenious Artificer seems scary but probably not great in wild. If you can discount the Arkwing Pilot, would be so silly. Can't wait to see Mark combo it with the double end of turns 3 drop.
Tentacle on 8 mana spell for Black Hole. Just another wrath.
Archimonde seems silly if you have cheap ways to discover and discount demons but the art is awesome!!
Velen seems funny or even good if it's not silenced or wiped with Reno.

Foreboding Flame - oh please make it go in a direction like "shuffle x random demons in your deck", some kind of greedy control warlock would be an absolut dream for me
They released the full expansion by mistake.
The great planes of existence where light/void/nature/arcane/fel etc resides. Their residents call our realm the great dark beyond.
Where Azeroth (main planet of the warcraft universe) lies, at least from their perspective.
That Foreboding Flame seems to go with that removal spell from the last miniset that had a cost of sticking a demon on top of your deck. Probably still not the best use, but as we've seen, all it takes is a critical mass of the right sorts of cards that include mana cheat to make them go nuts, so this is worth watching, as it's still mana cheat.
And yeah, seeing stuff that came later, I suspect we're going to see more than a few things that start generating demons. Yeah, a lot more in wild (including Kazakus spells), but Wild is crazy fast, so that deck would need to cheat a lot of stuff out to be viable.
Except Foreboding Flame is a Warlock card while Demonic Deal is a Demon Hunter card. So there's no synergy possible.
Really hoping this expac can reel me back in, Zeddy.
Foreboding flame can become so broken. Playing 2 of them is -2 mana for any generated demons. Seems kinda nice, especially if you generate more of them 🤯 , it's a permanent mech warper effect that can become broken.
Theme looks amazing so far im genuinely excited for this expansion

it might just be the nice colors, but these cards looks so much fun to play with. Have felt for a while that there have been a lack of creativity, but this could be it
i can't wait for Death Knight to build a Death Star, also the amount of star wars references this expansion must have.
Razzle Dazzler is far better than that Druid spaceship legendary even in the scenario they showed.

The Starship pieces probably won't be great on launch, but once rotation happens and things like reno, reska, yogg are out of standard it might have a place.

So far, none of these cards are playable in the current format of standard. Unless they plan on nerfing fifty plus cards in standard. Playing to the board, it's a bad idea
that card looks interesting but i think if they give it rush then it would be enought to make it realy good card, and not to broken looking at it cost.
With the more slow feeling effects and renathal hopefully sticking around for a hit i can only pray for a slower meta
When it was in standart, some aggro decks was running him too, like hunter. The meta can be the same speed.

I don’t understand Starship… So you play your whole game to build a starship just so your opponent gets it with Yogg and has it permanently??!!!! If that’s the case it’s unplayable

I belive there's 2 ways you're supposed to use it
1. Let 1 or 2 parts die, then pay 5 for a decent minion
2. Let all of your parts die including 1 legendary one with an insane immediate effect (wouldn't be surprised to see a ship with Charge or "after this minion attacks, deal its attack to all enemies")

I feel like if Draenei is a tribe (really a race) then Blood Elves should be a tribe. It always felt like that Manathirst Keyword from a few Expansions ago, lent itself to becoming something that Blood Elf cards would have

It's literally gone the next expansion so you'll still get plenty of play with them before they rotate
Can the Starship be launched multiple times for as many pieces you have or only once? Would Maiev Shadowsong launch it for 3 Mana instead since the Starship get dormant? Did they Update the card pool we have to change the minions to Draenei? Would be interesting considering the many "Menagerie" cards we have now throughout the years. Can we expect it affecting the new Silver hand Recruits knowing some are of different races similar to Shaman's different totems being summoned?

Wonder if Paladin will get any good Draenei synergy cards, seeing as they have a lot of Draenei already. Quite a few of them have a no neutrals requirement though.

As the video shows, dranei is retroactive so any old one counts for velen. Look for cards with a goat person with tentacle beards and usually crystal armor or robes.

I have a feeling starships will be very effective in wild. With Druid’s ramp I wouldn’t be shocked to see an active starship on turn 3-4
