The best part about DayZ is the consistency

If u wanna be good at pvp that's one of the things you gotta work on. I feel the anxiety has alot to do with the fear of losing your gear. Pvp more loot servers help alot especially livonia
Do controlled breathing, I know it may sound dumb. But it helps.

Maybe he saw a spider and had to disengage from gunfighting momentarily to do some arachnophobia things with his 12ga.
GandalfTheSilver dats most likely what happened I always have encounters with spiders in houses and they need to be engaged on first sight.....
I've noticed a few times there's a glitch that points you straight up when you try to ads or the guy freaked out and aimed straight up, I've done that one a few times
I don't get why people hate on playing 3rd person? After playing RPG games I learned two things. A: Third person has better Fov, and B: First person is superior for looting. Also anyone who says "But but immersion 🤡" they need to have a better excuse than that. That's not a good reason lmfao.

1. You pro´ly didnt notice that the Z made u bleed before u even entered, and since u were on yellow hydration and not full on nutrition it was a bad decision to push. But the main reason is, of course, the bloody bug. I´ve experienced it as well. Hate to love DayZ ; ) 2. Totally agree on the PD one! Although I hate the shotguns, cause it sometimes seems to depend on the goodwill of the gun if it connects or not. Never the less good, brave job! Looking forward to more vids of this kind!
XwollowX thanks for your thoughts, indeed I didn’t realize that I was bleeding from the zombie. Greed is what got me killed. Also the shotgun is a very strange working rifle atm in my perspective. I’ve shot people from 5m in the upper chest and they survived... the hit registration is bugged atm. I’ll try to make more analysis of pvp encounters, perhaps a new series! Thanks for your comment :D
@boostedsil40 Imo the shotgun is not designed for midrange and for CQB the buckshots are better. I´d even rate the BK-18 over the slugged shotgun for midrange. But IF it connects you deal a lot of damage. So whatever makes you happy ; )
love your vids syl, but is it possible to turn your dayz settings up? (like AA, object detail, etc. since the jaggedness kind of bothers me but it's fine if you can't :)

I play on Xbox and I would love the option for custom servers. I hate when people play this like a battle royale game. I love non hostile interactions because they can end up very interesting.
@@midnyghtson I play official on Xbox and yea it’s hard to actually have cool interactions cause everyone’s, like u said, thinking it’s BR. I legit walk around And KOS because I’ve never had one good interaction where the guy didn’t make me feel like I was trying to kill him.

For me the first mistake in your first clip was agroing zombies which give away your position
To be fair, you also weren’t fully ADSing, which can throw off the aim of the weapon you’re using. To maximize your accuracy, you need to ADS. Technically you were still hip-firing.
LOL you're talking about the point blank hipfire from a high spread shotgun? It doesn't affect accuracy at all he was right on them (it's almost impossible to miss a shotgun blast at point blank) even now dayz still has bullet register issues even after 1.19.
But hey we got a bunker and cars are somewhat drivable now so that's coo.
One of the guys in the police station sounded like OG.
The only tip i Can give new players
Is to make sure that you are the one who spots them first
Rather than them spotting you first

i spotted one first today with a sniper he was like 30 meters away but he was running and i fired 2 shots and missed then changed to my scorpion then it jammed firing at running people is really hard

First clip: oh yeah it was just a bug, it wasnt my fault, but check my second vid, im such a boss and nog greedy at all!! Everyone look at me while i give no tips at all
actually the last clip tip was take your time
The tip was damaged guns have a bug where they jam but still show a firing animation (therefore dont use damaged guns, or repair them first). Also, if you couldn't pick up on his movement and positioning in the second clip, then maybe you're just braindead and unable to learn by example.
Also who eats that many shotgun shells? Slugs especially.
Actually the only big difference was. You used a 3rd person option server.

how the heck do you run full fps when zoomed in with binoculars, i drop like 50fps all the way down to 5-10fps
Diville Moss it really depends on which server you’re playing, also i run a 1060 6gb 4770k i7 perhaps that’s also a reason
I know 3 person is a part of the game but I still hate it, just annoying how you get killed because 3 person peek bullshit
imo comparing 1st person pvp to 3rd person pvp is like comparin apples to oranges. but go on.
I wish this ran as smooth on PS4. Its too laggy to even PVP you’ll end up shooting friendlies
Friendlies? On ps4 idk about that iv not ran in to to many friendly people maybe one or two 8n a month worth of playing ... I try to be friendly but it gets me killed every time I dont even have a gun in my hands and thay still shoot me now its kill on sight even if there friendly or act like I still have to kill them!!!!

Why do you sound like the hippy guy from the amazing world of gumball
Gun jams are quite an issue for me recently. I know the ammo also has (or should have) effect, but on three separate occasions, with three separate guns, the gun jammed after one shot. One time it forced me to go loud, other time I died to a swarm of zombies. In all cases the guns were worn at worst, ammo was pristine and I mostly used unboxed ammo. Just seemed completely random. Also, the gun would jam, then jam again with the next shot and then fired without any issues whatsoever.

The gun that jammed was an sg5. You switched to a scorpion that wasnt jammed. Im confused.

Youve never had ghost bullets from switching a jammed a gun? I have many times. Switch guns and you shoot right through an enemy half the time.

8:36 in a vanilal server you are dead in that scenario,cause there is no quick reload mod
you can have the ammo on your hotbar and then hold the key down .. example "4" while you have the shotgun in your hands ;) pro tip
