In this video, we work on a beautiful La Pavoni Professional from 2001! The customer did a great job replacing the gaskets, so the machine isn't leaking and pressurizes perfectly. Our task was to replace the power switch and the heating element. We used an OEM equivalent switch, as the original from Italy would have taken 3 weeks to arrive.
